Just wanted to add that the front team at the plainview location is absolutely phenomenal. From Marie to Dana to Shianne. These three woman are friendly and personable. Marie heard my situation and guided me through from A-Z practically holding my hand the entire way. Ms. Alison, one of my sons teachers is very sweet. My sons smiles every time he sees her. Great app from a great school
I’m grandma of an adorable 3-year-old who’s been going to TLE since he was 18 months. The app is great! Seeing what he and class are doing all day long is so reassuring and heartwarming. I wish they had had something like this when my kids were little!
Besides that, it’s convenient to know what he’s eaten and whether he’s napped and all the things that you would normally know if you were spending the day with a child. At least once a week, there’s an adorable picture on the app that I just can’t wait to put on my phone and use as my wallpaper. Of course if the teachers at the learning experience weren’t so conscientious about taking the pictures and letting the app know what they’re doing, It wouldn’t work, so kudos to them!Show lessIrishmoonfrog

TLE in Cedar Park has been in our lives for almost 4 years now. The management is always available for any questions. The staff is so good with the kids. And you can tell all the kids love it here. Kids are kept busy with learning and play. The other parents are always friendly as well. People know people’s names here. We are happy to be part of the Cedar Park TLE community. Delay in pictures
Love this app and all the updates throughout the day. My only wish is that the pictures uploaded in a timely manner. Sometimes it can take up to 12hours for a photo to show.
Other times it only takes an hour or so, but the rest of the updates all appear within the timeframe they are posted.Kyrakap
Great!
This is a great app by the Learning Experience center. I am able to receive updates on what my child is doing through out the day as will as important events that occur, and am able to text the teach and get real time responses to my questions. Could be better
The app does well as simple documentation and photo uploads. Where it lacks is better communication (for example: opportunities for teacher and parent to comment to each other, posts being able to elaborate more on details, ability to post requests from teacher or parents to communicate with each other, and direct connection/call to the TLE branch managers.)Show lessKimbunnie
Unreliable and glitchy
If you were looking to get updates on time about your child this is definitely not the app to use. I find myself constantly refreshing the feed to see if she ate, if she had a diaper change, or any update.
It seems that they have it set up where they push the notifications manually at certain times and not live. Sometimes photos disappear from the feed and appear again. It doesn’t give details on how much time of sleep they got, you have to scroll down and do the math. I can’t see how much milk she’s having. I can’t send messages to let the teacher know about early pickups or late drop offs or simply to check on her if I know she’s not feeling great. I used to use procare and it was outstanding, I really miss it.Show lessAndieNB
Love the live picture feed
Great app. I mostly use it to check the photos and updates on what my kid is doing throughout the day. Would love the ability to send notes to the teacher, eg “we’ll be picking [child] up early today”

We love the app! It does not only show us every little thing our daughter does but we are able to receive pictures of her daily progress. The activities she’s doing throughout the day and parent’s newsletters. This app also serves as an educational tool for the kiddos. It has videos, games and some arts and crafts projects that can be done when they’re not in school.Show lessKball.
