What a pile of confusion.
None of my info that I spent time filling in online rolls into the app. Start over.
The app and this whole system for Kings is just so poorly designed, I doubt I will ever use it. Some of the Digital coupons that appear in the local flyer donโt even exist in the app. No way to get them.
And thereโs no explanation whether my old Kings membership will work to get the coupon discounts so I donโt have to deal with thi current mess.
I donโt think Iโve ever been so frustrated or wasted so much time on an app or online experience before.
I should really give it one star but at least the app opens. ๐
