Worst App Ever

If I could give it zero Stars I would. Interface must have been designed by someone who never actually used an app.

Canโ€™t login even as guest

Any tap gets โ€œSorry weโ€™re having technical difficulties right nowโ€ error! Just go back to paper coupons geez

The App Of All Apps

What a great efficient app. Easy to use and $$$$$ comes right off the bill.

Employees

I also like all the employees. Each one will always help me or answer my questions. I really like doing all my food shopping there.

App stops working weekly

For the first few months the app worked fine. Now every week I keep getting the circle of doom. In order for the app to work I have to delete then redownload. I tried telling the store manager, but they response is that itโ€™s my phone. No, not my phone. I have many apps and this is the only one that it happens to.

Total Pain in the Butt

Iโ€™m a 72 year old senior. I resent being made to use electronic device and app just to get savings. Hunting thru the app for specific coupons. As a senior, I should be able to clip all coupons with one click!!!

What a pile of confusion.

Everywhere online and in their supermarket ads you see get the โ€œKings for uโ€œ app. but then search the App Store and there is no such thing. Turns out itโ€™s just the old Kings app. And thereโ€™s a tab for Kings for U.
None of my info that I spent time filling in online rolls into the app. Start over.

The app and this whole system for Kings is just so poorly designed, I doubt I will ever use it. Some of the Digital coupons that appear in the local flyer donโ€™t even exist in the app. No way to get them.

And thereโ€™s no explanation whether my old Kings membership will work to get the coupon discounts so I donโ€™t have to deal with thi current mess.
I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever been so frustrated or wasted so much time on an app or online experience before.
I should really give it one star but at least the app opens. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
