Scheduled a ride hours in advance and they completely ghosted us and caused us to miss our eventtennis player123
Overpriced
The estimate said it was $11-$15. My ride ended up being $75. This ended up being more expensive than a WAV ride share. When I called to complain, I was told to “disregard” the estimate prices. Why are the prices there if they’re not accurate? Also, the site says that wheelchair users do not need to pay extra fees, but I was charged $18.22 in extra fees. When I called about this, I was told that ADA riders need to pay for surcharge fees and toll fees. Are these not EXTRA FEES?! Also, I was just shuffled from agent to agent to a point where I just gave up. Having a disability is expensive enough and this app is just making our lives more difficult. Not good for accessible rides
You’re not able to choose a general category of wheelchair accessible ride. They make you choose a specific type of car. Then you have to look for the wheelchair icon, which is in very light font. Why wait for a specific car model if several are wheelchair accessible. But you have to choose one. Makes no sense.Forester113
