Glitchy doesn’t understand rural areas

The app constantly groups people who are hours apart at the one & only hospital in our rural area together causing issues clearing runs & it’s incredibly frustrating.

Not because of choice

It’s an obligation for us to download this load of junk app. When you deal with modivcare, they force you to have this less than mediocre app. It glitches, it doesn’t show the trips at times, instead of just one signature at the end, they want you to get two, it hardly ever confirms that you are at the location, and so on. If you have a choice don’t download this sucky app. Wellryde (:p with farting noises)

App almost pointless

The more they try to fix the app the worse it gets, I shouldn’t have to click on a trip 5-10 to complete it, it’s entirely toooo much clicking, now i cant even bill for all my trips, app is almost pointless, billing is waaay simpler on paper

Glitchy

Can never get into app without restarting it. Customer support isn’t much help. Would like for once to be in it with it working consistently without all the restarts and it freezing

Glitchy requiring multiple restarts

The web based version is better. This is glitchy requiring multiple restarts. Support is awful. Have yet to receive a single response sw back.
A lot of times app doesn’t update when daylight savings occurs requiring me to rebuild rides
