App seems to be getting better gradually little things like trips out of order.Times being off always late.It’s life never know how doctors or apt are going to go .Things happen from every angle.To me me getting passengers to apts safely and properly and home are more important than times not matching.Seems to be improving so Gus’s that’s a positive thing😊

Tag/vin#

Wellryde would not work when tried to enter vehicle tag# and now we have to use the last six vin #???. Do you know how hard it is to memorize 11 vehicles with six different vin#’s???? Also multiple problems when trying to login in and see trips cause they are not there. One minute they are there and the next they disappear. Have to keep switching from trips to future trips to get them to load and then sometimes they still dont. Have to keep logging in and out and/or turning phone off. This app was user friendly but now it is a headache and a waste of valuable time just trying to see trips.

Must Always Allow Location Services

There’s no reason to require location services when not using the app and my phone often warns me of the app running location services in the background. I set all of my other location based apps to ‘while using’, but this one must be ‘always’ on. Since the company I work for can track me through the app, I find it just a little uncomfortable. I literally do nothing sketchy, but my down time is mine so I turn it off when not working, but shouldn’t have to.

Otherwise, it works as it should, but with too many steps (taps, clicks, touches) needed to complete each pick up & drop off. Most of my passengers dislike signing and it’s a little awkward handing them my phone, but not sure there’s a way around that.

Bottom line, it works, though slightly clunky & overly invasive.
