Hello Lenlue, It most likely is a space after your first or last name. We will get this fixed however if you just delete the space you should be able to move on. Thanks

Can not load Serial number
Can’t setup account, no verification code received
Note that I originally tried Transync app that the user manual said would work with it, but the setup account screen ultimately does not load and 1 review for that app indicated that this has been going on since at least February of this year.
I found this app by going through the developer website link on the App Store and I did find 1 (and only 1) site through a Google search that stated “ My Dash Sleep is an application will connect with your transcend mini or micro devices…“
Unfortunately, I’m running into a problem with this app that is similar to the problem with Transync, in that I was able to enter all of my info to setup my account, but it’s been nearly an hour and I have not received the verification code that is required to complete the setup. I’ve never had a verification code not come within a few minutes unless something was wrong.
Yes, I’ve been checking my spam folder, clicking “Resend”. Etc. Still nothing.
I understand that servers can be down, there can be glitches/bugs and other issues, but this appears to be a new app. If this is the case and the app was not ready, it should not have been made available on the App Store until it was ready. I’ll be happy to raise my 1 star rating to a higher rating, if this is fixed quickly and ALSO depending on what else I find in the app if and when I can actually use it.
Come on guys. I know you can do better than this.
Update: 1 day since I wrote this review and still no verification e-mail for the account setup has been received.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review our app. As you noted this app was not listed anywhere and the version on the store you had found was made available for a user study. We are in the final stages of releasing the completed application which should be available by the end of this week.
