Version 3.9.6 works only once
The previous version was operating fine and then the upgrade (iphone version) would only work once when reloaded. It would simply disappear off the screen. So I deleted the app, signed on again and it worked just once and then it worked once. I’ve deleted and reloaded 3 times with same result. Disappointing for what otherwise was a great App.

Disappointing features
I got really excited about a new app change thinking I’d finally be able to see the power my panels are generating against the power my house is using but nope! This is a feature that I feel is strongly needed and honestly makes me regret choosing SAJ brand of inverter.
I did have trouble with connection to the app with my inverter with the change over but when I contacted customer service via email they gave me clear instructions and options how to reconnect with one email. I have noticed a few indiscrepancies in the data displayed on the app at different times but otherwise feel it is fairly simple to use. Just wish there were better features to make better use of my solar power.

Home page broken after latest update
Hi,
Prior to the latest update, the Elekeeper app worked just fine.
With the latest update the Home (landing page) is totally broken (except for the weather, which updates once a day)
Please fix / revert back to the previous version and oblige.

Not connected
Eversince the update the new app shows my unit is not connected and am therefore not displaying any info at all
Went to help menu to ask for help. The bot just keeps repeating its cycle of requesting for psersonal details and serial number of unit.
No instructions on how to reconnect…. useless app

Missing battery modules and charge/discharge
Terrible update, it misses a lot of features such battery modules, charge/discharge data and others. A huge step backwards, I am utterly unimpressed.
This update do not deserve even one star, shame.

Bugs Bugs Bugs
Cannot select feedback classification from drop down menu, as nothing is listed in the menu, so cannot submit any faults/questions/bugs. This is the same on the website.
AI saving models says it will take 3 days to generate a model, it has been saying this for 15days. have been trying to contact you to resolve the issue.

Looks but lacks features
Great I can see how much solar power I’m generating but I can’t see how much the house is using. Which really means we are only getting half the information needed to optimise the system.

Useful App
Useful App to see it’s all working but I’d like to see some basic settings available to control - like change the hours on Time of Use mode? I’ve changed electricity tariffs and have to ask my administrator to change those settings on my system

Hello! Our AI energy-saving feature supports users to edit and set basic parameters, and you can change them as needed. We suggest checking if your power station was shared with you by someone else and if you only have viewing permissions. In such a case, you may not have the authority to edit the information you want to change. We recommend contacting the installer to transfer the ownership of the power generation equipment to you.
