easy to understand with one glaring oversight
the information is laid out clearly, but past data is very difficult to access.
when viewing the data in the "day" tab, using the arrows takes you back and forth in time by the day as it should. say i am looking at today and would like to compare the details of yesterday or Monday last week? very easy to go back and forth.
but let's say i want to compare August this year to August last year. you would think, when looking at the "month" tab, the arrows would take you back and forth in time by the month? no, still just by the day. i have to click all the way back through every day of August 2024 for August 2023 to appear on the graph.
at the very least, the "month" tab should include 13 months instead of just 12 for decent at-a-glance comparisons, but making the arrow buttons go back and forth by month in the month tab and by the year in the year tab would be best.
ideally, i should be able to click on a year and it should take me to a break down of that year by month; on a month to see a breakdown by day; on a day to see the details of that day by hour.Show lessNew App
I wasn’t noticed that I had to download the new app. I called customer support. I was told by first person I talked to that they no longer monitor my system. When I called back the person I talked to said she needed to contact IT. PureLight needs to train their people better. This is the first time I have had a problem. We have had our system for several years. I am very disappointed in customer service.
I am very disappointed in that the referral for referring a friend was removed. Also the old app had a link where you can copy and post on social media NOT on the new app. The old app showed how many trees you were saving new app doesn’t have this. The old app you could send a message when you panels were not being monitored. New app no messaging system. They need to put these back.
When I have used the system for a referral I knew it was being taken care of. In the new system and the person calls in. I won’t get credit for the referral. When people call in the I have had the referral buried in the paperwork and someone has to go and find it.Show lessDoes what I need it to do
This app does everything I need it to do and nothing more. If I need more, I go to the AP Systems EMA website.
