easy to understand with one glaring oversight
the information is laid out clearly, but past data is very difficult to access.
when viewing the data in the "day" tab, using the arrows takes you back and forth in time by the day as it should. say i am looking at today and would like to compare the details of yesterday or Monday last week? very easy to go back and forth.
but let's say i want to compare August this year to August last year. you would think, when looking at the "month" tab, the arrows would take you back and forth in time by the month? no, still just by the day. i have to click all the way back through every day of August 2024 for August 2023 to appear on the graph.
at the very least, the "month" tab should include 13 months instead of just 12 for decent at-a-glance comparisons, but making the arrow buttons go back and forth by month in the month tab and by the year in the year tab would be best.
ideally, i should be able to click on a year and it should take me to a break down of that year by month; on a month to see a breakdown by day; on a day to see the details of that day by hour.Show lesschanmarsun
New App
I wasn’t noticed that I had to download the new app. I called customer support. I was told by first person I talked to that they no longer monitor my system. When I called back the person I talked to said she needed to contact IT. PureLight needs to train their people better. This is the first time I have had a problem. We have had our system for several years. I am very disappointed in customer service.
I am very disappointed in that the referral for referring a friend was removed. Also the old app had a link where you can copy and post on social media NOT on the new app. The old app showed how many trees you were saving new app doesn’t have this. The old app you could send a message when you panels were not being monitored. New app no messaging system. They need to put these back.
When I have used the system for a referral I knew it was being taken care of. In the new system and the person calls in. I won’t get credit for the referral. When people call in the I have had the referral buried in the paperwork and someone has to go and find it.Show lessj durrett

Good but not great.
I like that this app allows you to see information such as how much you’re currently producing, energy being produced by each panel, and a snapshot of previous months. What I would like to see is how much of the power I’m consuming as well as exporting. This is very important information that should be provided to the customer. At this point, I don’t know how much I’m exporting and have to rely on the power company to tell me. How do I know if I’m being shortchanged? Wish they would upgrade this app to show those variables.Show lessOompalumpa*
Useful for checking module performance.
I would love a couple things. I would love to see 13 months instead of 12 months at a time. I really enjoy seeing how this month compares to a year ago - yeah, I’m nerdy like that. To do this, I need to drop the menu to show 1 month ago, and then it will show the last 12 months minus one. E.g. it is March 2024 currently. To show LAST March, 2023, I need to select February 2024 to see March 2023 in the listings. I’d love to see last March and THIS March at the same time. Would be great to have an “export as CSV” the last 12 months from the app, so I can export the data on my mobile device. I never get on my actual PC for this stuff anymore.Show lessmikebergy

Great app. I like the layout. It would be nice to see what preposition I pull from the panels and what goes up to the grid. Also what I pull from the grid as I seen on another app.Overcast solar

It does the job reliably. I would love if they added an iPad app, watch app, and widgets. Until then, it still works fine.danchovies
