Please fix the login retention
I’m giving this app 2 stars only because of the annoying login behavior. It does not use standard app behavior in that it forces you to re-enter your login info every time! Apart from that I like the app.DonMacdonald303

Won’t let me log in
This app won’t log in. I know I have the correct username and password because I can log in on the website. I click the Login button, see a spinning cursor for a few moments, and then nothing else happens. The only thing to do is click the Login button again, but to no avail. Just updated to iOS 12.1 but doesn’t work. Please fix!Show lessVermillionbookworm
Can’t login
As others have commented, I can’t login with this app. I can login the web based one so I know the username and password are correct but it says login failed everyone. There is also no help button or anything on the app or the web version so there’s no way to ask for assistance that I can find.JenLRey

I don’t know what happened with the latest update. Why would you remove persistent login? Now every time I have to re-enter login and password. Super annoying.nicknameneeded
Much improved
This app has been improved so much that I am satisfied with current version. It gives me the same information I can get from EMA website, including module performance, which is very helpful to identify a faulty microconverter. Good job!York S

Decent app but needs a little work
The ability to monitor panel output and Microinverter performance would be greatly appreciated. Also, Microinverter and ECU software versions should be easily determined and also be easily upgradeable simply from this app.
If there's a problem with my system, the ability to create a 'ticket' via the app and have it sent to my installer and AP systems would be a great feature.
Tech-loving people like myself love data and being able to see system information. I understand the installers' app gives more detail. It would be nice if we could see some of that detail as well. I want to monitor my investment and make sure it's performing as it should.

The app doesn't keep me logged in and this gets aggravating when I want to look at my solar output throughout the day. I didn't seem to have this problem before the update.Tyler124567
