  • Could use more features

Seems good enough so far for basic info and some graphs. Here’s some ideas for improvements:

-App could use some updates to support modern iOS features such as home and lock screen widgets. (Show current generation, daily, etc)

-App should include Apple Watch version to allow for watch face widgets.

-Panel layout is just a grid, would be nice to represent the home rooftop a bit more, but this would probably require updates to the Manager/installer app and system config as well.

  • Not able to view

I have an older phone. I no longer can see any benefits of my installing the solar. You’re upgrades have locked me out🙁
  • Does the job

Works fine, but it would be nice to see modern features of the iOS ecosystem implemented, such as Live Activities or widgets.
  • No data after latest update

After updating to latest version 8.6 it is still in old version 8.5.0. And now there is no data at all. Needs to be rectified ASAP. Only got 1 star as you cannot choose a lower or nil star review.

    My update.
Now shows data. But after updating version history still not current after 3 new versions to 8.7.0 still showing 8.5.0

  • EMA app

I have been using the app and it works great for me.
Although,it would be nice to be able to set the days (period)that the electrical company uses
    for billing.
eg. May 24 to April 21.
It is a very useful app and I like it.
  • Used to work

Well, folks, I used to check on our solar output all the time. In October 2022, the app and the website stopped collecting data. I have done the unplugging, waiting, replugging when it is sunny thing several times. That takes some timing these days on the Oregon coast. I haven’t had any info available to me in months. I contacted the company and followed their directions. Nothing. The app is just taking up space on my desktop. Disappointing.

  • Works good

I have all the sections on here like the module, data etc but not fully sure how to understand it I’m generating more power then I’m using daily. Anyone know the right way to read and understand this to explain please?
  • Not landscape friendly, not overly informative

It does what it says on the box — it handles usage of the solar inverters and their associated panels. It shows historical data and supplies a good visualization of production over time per panel.

What it doesn’t do is run in landscape, which would be very handy given how the data on the modules is presented, or document what units the numbers are really in; for example, it appears that the values are in watts in DC prior to AC conversion and attendant loss as they’re rather higher than the corresponding numbers that my Sense system shows. Do I know that for sure? Nope, and there’s no way to find out. It also doesn’t list firmware updates on the inverters or which panels they’re connected to which would be handy while trying to work with the third party installer. The third party installer that is who gets access to the more featured version of the app — I get that they would prefer that a user shouldn’t get to change carefully crafted settings and potentially void warranties, but at least let me see the darn things!

  • Need the App to work on the iPad & Apple Watch

Can you make an App to work on my iPad and Apple Watch
  • Looking back

This app has been great. I look at it often and can see how my system is doing and if the rate repair needs to be done. As I look back at past power generation, it would be nice to have the month and year sections under data go back based on what time frame you are looking at. For example, it is January 29th. To see what I generated last January I have to go back 30 days on the month data info to see last year. If in the month section it would go back a full month if you tap the left arrow I could go back quickly rather than 30 taps and then forward 30 taps to get back to today. Or, have the month section with 13 months instead of 12. Just some thoughts on how one person uses it. Great, reliable app.
