  • Amazing app

    I have always been sceptical on workout apps as I typically found them confusing. The move app is easy to follow with the videos and instructions make it so easy to understand and follow.
  • An app with simplicity

    I really have enjoyed using this app since it came out. I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and this app has been really helpful in keeping me motivated throughout my pregnancy. I have always been quite active prior to getting pregnant, but I have had to slow down due to some complications with my body. Utilizing this app, has helped keep me in shape. I have been using the at home beginner program. I don’t consider myself a beginner, but with being pregnant, it has been extremely helpful and useful. I really appreciate the short clips of how to properly execute an exercise. I like that you can pause the exercise as well. The only thing I would change, is a way to go through each round without having to work through each one. I accidentally ended the work out and I couldn’t pick up on the round I left off on. I had to go though each round one by one until I could get to one I ended on. Not a huge deal, but it was just a minor inconvenience. All in all, I love the app and I can’t wait to watch it grow and be a part of the journey!

  • Great App!

    I’ve always struggled with finding the motivation to workout. But with this app, it’s super easy and I love that it tells you what exercises to do and you can follow along with the moment shown and do them along with them!

    This app is such a great concept and really helps keep you motivated to be consistent with exercising! I enjoy the workout programs, but I have one suggestion for the future. I personally like to build my own workout when I go to the gym, but there are several different exercises that I’m not 100% sure if my form is correct, so having an individual exercise library would be awesome! For example, if you could search “straight leg deadlifts” and view a short video of it being done, that would be super helpful! Thanks for all you’ve done to create a positive platform for everyone to crush move goals!!

    Thank you for the feedback! We have a short video showing how each exercise is done right before the workout starts so you can make sure you have the right form before beginning!

  • Great app but needs some improvement

    I really enjoy using this app and not having to think about what exercises I’m going to do each day. However, I think there needs to at least be 5-10 seconds between each exercise before it starts where it demonstrates what you are going to be doing and gives you time to get into position. Sometimes I spend the first 10 seconds of the exercise trying to figure out what I’m doing and getting into position which means I’m not getting the full amount of time to do the exercise. Also I think having descriptions of how to do the exercise properly would help. Such as good feet or hand placement or tips on what you should be doing/feeling.

    Thank you for the feedback! We currently have a huge update in progress where this will be fixed and any switch of position will have a pause in the app to give you that time in between exercises!
  • The concept is cool but…

    I’m a huge fan of the creators of the app, I watch all their videos so I feel bad that I didn’t like it that much. I think the concept is cool how it plans out the exercises and has you follow in time but I didn’t like how in one set you’d do something standing then you’d lay down next and it was always a surprise what was next up . Yes you can see what you do prior but it’s just the name of the exercise, if you’re a beginner that doesn’t mean much. So like others said, it’s not for beginners. My friend who is highly into fitness was struggling doing the beginner workouts with me. So of the exercises were so complicated… It just wasn’t what I was expecting. For the price, there is better/cheaper apps. I was upset it wasn’t up to expectations at all, I only used to for a week too.

    This app has changed how I feel about myself! Confident, strong, committed and I am loving the transformation of my body! Just know, don’t give up after you get through a program. Stay focused and committed to make a change! For me it has become a habit, helps with my anxiety, it’s therapy for my tough days as well. It relaxes my mind and I find it gives me energy as well.
