  • Glitchy but works

    It serves it’s purpose effectively but - pretty glitchy. Always says it can’t read my Face ID and every single time it requires a text verification to log in. Haven’t been able to log in normally in almost a year, though multiple updates. Transactions are correct and flawless so it’s all good, just slightly annoying when it should be a easy fix.

  • Love the app

    I didn’t know where to reach out for this problem I’m having where Face ID is no longer allowing me to log in. Not sure if it’s a problem affecting myself only.
    Other than that the app is amazing super easy to navigate love the p2p transfer and how easy to transfer to my bank account has become. I wouldn’t mind and instant transfer for a percentage but like I said loving the app!

    0 out of 5 stars. I literally was trying to log in after setting up my account and it would not recognize my FaceId so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It worked the first time then after trying to login again it did recognize my FaceID again. App is POORLY DESIGNED. I’d rather have the OnRoad App back. There is no way they try to recreate something for better and friendlier usage and the app turns out worst than the original app. I DISLIKE USING THIS APP DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO LOGIN!!!!

    Ever since I had downloaded the app 6 months ago I can log into the app manually but I have never been able to log in with facial recognition I did call and talk to someone when I first downloaded the app and after 25 mins of getting nowhere the person told me they couldn’t help me
  • Cannot Use Face ID to sign in.

    iPhone user. Can not login using biometric verification. Always throws an error message and I have to type password. Usually typing a password isn't an issue when it’s the only method of signing into an account but your app advertises face ID in the settings and I cannot use it and it used to work.
  • Please fix the bugs.

    Sometimes the app only opens to the D in the square and won’t open the rest of the way and for the last 4-5 months the biometrics haven’t worked, just get an error message and I have to enter my password. I’ll give it 5 stars when you fix this app.
  • Great but fix bugs

    The app is good but the constant bugs is outrageous I try to open the app and it just shows the logo on the screen sometimes and never goes to the log in screen
  • Doesn’t open with the new update

    This last update has screwed up my app on my apple 7 plus. I have tried renown loading the app but it want let it open. Please fix it
  • Pain

    Absolutely everything Comdata does, sends, charges stinks and the app is worse than cartoon apps, I cant seem to ever be able to use the card when needed. And have yet ever been able to pull cash from it!! This is my money I have already spent and this is my reimbursement. I should be able to spend it how I choose. Blocking me from certain stores and/or cash won’t happen again as from now on I will transfer all my funds and never use your services for anything else!!

    So it’s been a few days. I tried to connect my card to the app. Will not work. Keeps saying pending. I’ve tried calling and no one answered. Never!! This card has my money on it. I have to go to a atm whenever I want my money. I need to have this card on here to be able to transfer money to my other bank accounts.

    If anyone has had this issue please help me out. I can’t do anything with this app till I get connected. That’s way it’s one star. If this get fixed I will update this review. Have a good day y’all.
