Limited functions available
The app currently only allows access to the journeys, whilst the tools are locked. Not sure if this is because the app’s functions aren’t fully deployed yet. Given the limited content I wouldn’t rate this more than 3/5.
Love the protocols
This app has help my health life tremendously. Dr. Huberman protocols are super helpful. And has on a scheduled routine.
Design makes it unusable
I love the concept, respect these professionals, would really like to use, but the design makes it unusable. I would give specifics, but Apple closes out the review page before I can finish. The Virtusan help page doesn’t help at all.
Poor Customer Service
Signed up for the subscription, was charged but the app never gave access to the all journeys/resources within the app. Reached out to customer service and never received a resolution. Concept behind the app is great, when you can access the resources.
Updating the app reset everything
This update was not ready to roll out. After the latest app update (1.6), I lost all my journey data. Everything I was working toward is gone. Theres no option to back it up to the cloud either, so you can’t restore it. The only option is to begin again. The update also locked everything up again, even though I was subscribed. But that was rest too! And when you go to settings, there’s not an option to subscribe in the menu, so you can’t unlock more. It just informs you if you’re subscribed or not.

Maybe one of the most condescending designs
I had high hopes for this. I get the pedigree of the speakers but this has so little to do with actually providing easy access to tools - instead it takes us back to high school 101 of all these modalities. Telling us about tools instead of a UX that takes us easily and quickly Into the tools.
This feels like a financial landgrab for all the new age gurus profiled.

Problem reading all text in second slide
I am very interested in this app and I’m looking forward to all the journeys. I am unable to read all of the text in the second slide in the nutrition/hydration journey.
Unable to register
Have been unsuccessful at creating my account as an error message keeps popping up asking me to “try again later”. Password is set correctly and username/email have ticks next to them. Not too sure what’s going on
