  • App locks you out of account do not download

I no longer use the app... We've been locked out numerous times... Went to the credit union and they couldn't figure out what was going wrong even after putting in the correct password. We will be leaving ppcu as soon as our auto loans are paid off. Their system is just archaic and inconvenient.
  • Hate the new app

The previous app was a lot easier to use. When transferring money you could see the balance and/or amount due, but not on the new app.
Also, there’s no button to log out; you have to go to the menu.
  • Terrible Developers, Big Mistake.

Whoever updated your app is straight trash. Know that. You guys should have never updated your app in the first place. You locked me out the next day I made my account making it more difficult to log it let alone even get someone on the phone to help me. Took 4 days at one point. We live in the Silicon Valley and you guys paid someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Either update your customer service or hire new developers ASAP. Your trippin if you think people gone stick around after 3 months of this headache.
  • It’s garbage

The app horrible. There is no option to make credit card payments. Also the credit union has horrible customer service
  • Avoid

Hot pile of garbage. Why release this to the public when it’s not ready? Do y’all realize a good number of the members are seniors. My family members are locked out of viewing their financial statements and now I’m unable to even sign into my account since I can’t reset my password. My family has been a with them for decades with mediocre services and this transition is the cherry on top. Absolutely red flags, good going PPCU
  • Mobile Banking

Its always not working. it always glitches and when i try to log in into my account it always say that my account was invalid. i contact PPCU to solve this matter but they dont answer at all.

    Developer Response

Dear Member, we apologize that you haven’t been able to get through; our phone volume has been heavier than normal due to our recent system upgrade. We can help you log in to your account – can you send your name and phone number, and mention that you need help with your login to memberservices@ppcu.org, and we will reach out and help you. We look forward to talking with you soon and thank you for your patience!
