Pint-sized encouragement in my pocket
I’m not big on meditation…too much time and stillness required, so I love this app for its simple acts of pep-generosity. Every day I can access a few well written and beautifully delivered words of encouragement. Whether it’s the reassurance I need that I’m a good parent or the encouragement I need to get out there and do something. Great concept
I think the concept is fantastic but the free peps didn’t grab me enough to part with almost $100. If they had I’d definitely consider it.mlp72

The peps are a ray of sunshine when I need them, but they aren’t mindless positivity - they help validate and accept being a bit of a mess at times. Also the daily quotes are spookily on target a lot of the time!Lil snowy
No ragrets
Started off with the free version (which is AMAZING all on its own, thanks to the absolute legends that are the writing, voicing and app dev team)
and I have just upgraded for the extra peps and because this is a great initiative.
It is more than just an app, this is a SERVICE to community - a force for good. Affirmation if you want it, consolation if you need it, and especially empowerment you can feel. Love it.
Thank you to the team at HL for making this. Having access to peps for so many different parts of life and of such variety have made a difference to aiding, maintaining and sustaining my mental energy.
My only regret is I have but 5 stars to give so here are some love heart emojis.
