Very slow customer support
The team behind the pharmacy is apparently overwhelmed. My initial medication review ended up being 10 days instead of 49 hours. Since then I had another interaction either support and it took in general a day for each back-and-forth exchange.
That being said, they were helpful, reasonable, and I do have medication that I need at reasonable price.

*in response to Numans comment on this post - I’m already in contact with your care team, your care team have confirmed my subscription was paused on the 10th of the month by written conversation on the 11th of the month….yet continued to take the payment without authority at the end of the month…..I would encourage everyone to use a pharmacy with more integrity.
