I have been taking Mounjaro for 3 weeks and have lost 8kg. I am finding it very manageable. I get some gastric side effects for 2 days following the injection otherwise I feel fine with reduced appetite. I am on 2.5mg weekly increasing to 5mg next month. I have had great support from Katie who answers any questions I have around diet. The website is easy to navigate. I feel Numan has the correct amount of support for me & my journey. They are there if I need them or run into difficulties. I am 100% happy with my weight loss journey so far.

NOT FOR ME
I started the weight loss injections earlier this year, I’d already lost six and half stone without injections and thought they would boost my weight loss, but it’s not helped me and I am severely constipated, which I was always good before, I also feel sick and recently had dizzy spells.

I asked about the weight loss injection. Received email saying I was declined but have sent me x2 lots of tablets that I haven’t asked for. Tried to close account but have to go through chat! I can’t access where it says treatment as it’s still says reviewing after 2 months. Am still waiting for feedback to close account despite many Tickets being raised and now charged again x2. No phone number to ring. I am sure this is by design to let them just keep taking my money for tablets I haven’t requested or take!!! Terrible customer service

Mounjaro weight loss
Sceptical, but desperate to try anything else to address my morbid obesity, I started the Mounjaro journey. Injectable pen used once a week. Very easy to use. Very clear instructions. Numan seem to have thought of everything. The bonus, and it’s a huge bonus, is the help from my health coach, Millie. It may be a person, or maybe AI, but the helpful advise I’ve received so far relating to my biggest weight problem, which is my mind and how I perceive myself, is top- drawer wisdom being given out as part and parcel of the monthly cost (I paid £194.65 this month July 2024 as month 2). It’s as though I’m asking for advice and I’m getting it straight from the entity that designed and created me, as Millie time and again is bang on the money with her suggestions for my mind to try a different kinder way of thinking. I gained weight week 1, but then lost significant weight in weeks 2-5. I’m talking significant. Dream come true weight. 11 pounds last week, 6 pounds this week. I feel I have some hope at last that maybe in a couple of years I might be able to walk in public without the fear of being pointed at by innocent young children asking why I am so fat! Thanks, so far, to Numan. One elated grateful genuine customer. (This is my honest opinion given voluntarily for which I’ve received no gain or incentive, financial or otherwise, from anything.)

Only regret is not finding it sooner
I am currently on mounjaro (weight loss injections) I choose human as they have an aftercare service. My health coach Katie has been very understanding and has helped me in the 1st week with diet plans etc. i highly recommend Numan

Too many bugs, can’t fix user errors if you enter a wrong date or number 😞
