Good programs

This app has very good programs; I enjoy the workouts and the challenge. The app is okay but needs work. It is quirky and doesn’t always work properly. Example is when you click on a different workout to view the description and instead you are taken to the last workout you were viewing. Some of the problems are a bit of a hassle, but the overall program is good.

There are more issues with the app. And since nobody has responded to my first review about an issue originally I stated (as I am not surprised, being completely invisible), I will not provide any more examples. Nice knowing one can pay for something as long as one doesn’t complain.

Great Workouts, Frustrating Subscription Issue

I’ve been enjoying Caroline’s workouts for a while now—they are absolutely top-notch! However, the app has a major flaw that’s really frustrating. Despite having an active subscription, every time I open the app, it keeps prompting me to select a subscription plan as if I haven’t already subscribed. Even when I try to restore my existing subscription, the problem remains. This issue has been ongoing and it’s starting to get on my nerves. It disrupts the experience and makes it difficult to fully enjoy the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as it’s detracting from what is otherwise a great app!

Good Program with tech glitches

The content and variety of nutritional information and exercises are unmatched, absolutely top notch. However there are times when I cannot access my account for no reason which is super frustrating if I want to workout. I receive an error notification “Amplify.AuthError error5.” I have no idea how to fix it. One time I had to cancel and reinstate the app for this reason.

Great content but gitchy as all hell

The content and workouts etc are absolutely spot on! The user experience of the app less so - it glitches almost every time I use it, sometimes not opening at all, sometimes freezing on the loading screen, sometimes refusing to play the videos once you get that far, sometimes refusing to save notes, or deleting notes previously saved… basically frustrating, especially as I can’t rate the workouts themselves highly enough - amazing concept and execution by Caroline but needs a rebuild by the devs/Change of platform because the app experience creates full on hulk rage!

Addicted

I’ve been following Caroline since lock down and the apps functionality allows me to revisit past workouts and see my progress. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Caroline. Im past 40 and still building muscle. Thank you Caroline.

Email not recognised

I signed up using iPhone then changed to pixel 8 and now cannot log in as email and password not recognised I had also paid my first month subscription and half way through a workout plan. Please fix

Too many glitches

I downloaded this app to have a clear program to follow while abroad. When I am not on WiFi, this app just DOES NOT WORK. It’s so frustrating to waste time being logged out and having to log back in or get the program video to load. There’s needs to be a download option to view offline (like Netflix, download an episode, watch then delete). I also can’t follow the written version because the form library is inaccessible.

I am on a free trial, but without such options to use the app offline, I am not able to purchase a subscription.

Super buggy

I signed up for my free trial to check out the new programs..well it’s useless because the app is so buggy. I can’t play a single video because my tv fills up with green pixels. I thought maybe the issue is with my phone or the tv but no, all other apps are fine and can be cast without issue. I tried to log in through my browser on my phone and it’s recognizing me as a different user so I try to sign up for a free trial again..doesn’t work. I click on “complete purchase” and nothing happens. Again, think it’s my phone or internet. Try on my laptop and experience the same exact thing. So I’m wasting my free trial because the app nor website work. I also feel for those paying money for the app because I don’t believe it’s quite there yet.

Annoying bug / otherwise great

Love the app and the workouts - downside is very recent but I wanted to let the developers know that every time I go to do my workout I get an alert that asks me to subscribe. I am and have been subscribed since the app launched. The only way around this error is to go into my app subscriptions / cancel / re-Subscribe / enter back into the app / find the workout again / then open it / then re cancel my subscription lol. It's a huge waste of time especially when I just want to get into my routine. PLEASE fix this, it's ridiculously annoying. Thank you!!
