  • Love. Every. Minute. Of. GSX

    I have been following Caroline since spring of 2020, and have been literally seeing Girvenators grow into millions in the next couple of years. And of course I moved to GSX, an app that is solely dedicated for people who want to get stronger. I use it minimally five times a week and the app is exactly what I need, no ads and pure training. I’m getting stronger and have told everyone who are interested in strength training about the app. Worth every penny and more, much more.

  • More variety needed

    I loved the variety in Caroline’s YouTube videos and I wish the app had the same variety. I miss the cardio/HIIT workouts and was hoping this would be offered within the programs.
    Additionally, while I do appreciate repeating exercises for muscle strength, growth, and perfecting form, I find some of the exercises and formats get repeated TOO often which can get monotonous. Maybe different exercises to target the same muscle group(s) to keep the workouts fresh?

    Also, I wish there was an option to delete a workout that was viewed. Sometimes Wi-Fi goes down & I have to restart or I am pre-viewing the workout before I actually do the workout, and it shows it as being completed. Would be nice to delete the previewed or duplicated workout as it shows a false number of workouts completed.

  • I love this incredible app!

    The CGX app features the excellent training and perfectly designed workout programs of Caroline Girvan. Along with this, there are well-researched and meaningful articles written by experts, Caroline included. The form library, which shows Caroline’s guidance on proper form, is extremely helpful. I recommend this app to anyone who is looking for amazing workouts that are combined with a holistic, joyful approach to health and fitness.

  • Is there anyone better than CG? I doubt it!

    I am new to CG’s world and it’s clear the impact she has on people; I love that! My question is will there be an iPad specific version? I can obviously see and open the app on the iPad, but cannot view it horizontally (which is how my iPad is supported by the stand/keyboard)…a small thing, but important to me! Thanks for everything :)

    Hey Olive, thanks so much for your kind feedback! 😍 At the moment, the app will always display in portrait mode unless you're watching a workout. But we like the idea of being able to tilt the screen when you're reading something, especially on an iPad, so watch this space!
  • Great workouts, shame about app

    I love CG workouts, they are fantastic! Unfortunately the app is very annoying, as you can only view articles etc in portrait mode. I’d like to be able to turn my device to landscape to read the articles and browse the app. Once you begin a workout it automatically does turn to landscape. This is very frustrating and has stopped me signing up again!

  • Love the exercises but would like to visually see the completed exercises

    I really enjoy the exercises adn the variety of excellent movements and programs. The only thing I don’t see if how to keep track of the exercises I’ve completed and so I can forget where I left off. I would like to either see them in a calendar or on the list of exercises, have some sort of visual to know which ones I’ve completed!

    Hey there, thanks so much for your great feedback! You can see a full list of all of the workouts you've done in the Profile > Settings > Workout History area. We love the idea of seeing your completed workouts in the calendar, too!
  • Needs a little work

    I looove Caroline’s workouts, I’ve been following her workouts for years and so happy there is an app now. I enjoy being able to workout without all the noise. The disappointing part of using the app is that it doesn’t work well. I try to assign workouts to a certain time and day and when I go to view them, they aren’t listed. I like to schedule options for myself but either can’t see them or delete them. I now add to favorites to access them. It would be nice to be able to see which ones I’ve completed as I like to keep trying new ones, but there’s no way to know which I’ve completed. The quality of the workouts are great but feel it’s lacking the planning aspect. I hope the app keeps improving as I love Caroline and her training.

You can see your full list of completed workouts in Profile > Settings, and you should also be able to schedule workouts and programs. Drop us a line at support@cgxapp.com and we'll see if we can figure out why that isn't working for you.
  • Needs improvement

    Although I love Caroline and her workouts the apps needs some very easy fixes to make it more user friendly. When you click the home button it doesn’t go home, you have to keep clicking the back button instead. There’s no way to see workouts you’ve already done easily while searching or favorite workouts you want to do besides scheduling. I also wish you could continue seeing workout video if you minimize the app and need to look at another part of your phone during a rest period .

  • No other fitness app comes close!

    This is the only app I’ve come across to completely educate you on your fitness journey not basing itself on outward appearances, fads, or popularity but purely by knowledge backed by professionals.

    It gives no-nonsense information complete with articles from Psycologist’s, physiotherapists, nutritionists and of course Caroline, the fitness coach. I especially appreciate how it approaches the latest trends. The user is given clear, science based information and allows you to decide what to do with the information without pushing any hidden agenda on you.

    I highly recommend this app to anyone who is seeking to improve their every day choices and tune out the excess and sometimes overwhelming noise surrounding the health and fitness industry. It’s worth every single penny!
