Bad app capabilities

We're sorry to hear you've had a difficult experience with the app. We know there's a timezone issue with the app which will explain why your workouts scheduled for tomorrow appear as today. And we hear you loud and clear about removing programs from the schedule – we've got plans to improve that. We hope you are still able to enjoy all of the incredible content on CGX!
Paid annually but cannot get access to workouts

Hey there, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app! This will be happening because the app isn't able to link to your app store to see that you have a paid subscription – don't worry, we'll help with this. Our Support team respond to all queries within 24 hours so hopefully you've heard from us now!

Calendar needs to be improved

Hey there, it is so great to hear that you've been following Caroline since the very beginning – congrats! And we hear you loud and clear about removing entire programs from the calendar. That's something we aim to improve soon :)
Content is good, app is terrible
From the home page it doesn’t even show the workout programs. You have to click into a very random “favorites” section to then find all of the available workouts. Once you start a program and want to do it day over day, the app doesn’t show you which one’s you’ve already done. That seems like the most obvious need - show your progress as you go along. It’s makes absolutely no sense. Truly terrible!

We're sorry to hear you've had trouble finding your way around the app. You can see your completed workouts in the Settings > Workout History area, and you'll also find all of the workouts, programs, and other content on the app in the Discover area. We would love to help further, so please reach out to us at support@cgxapp.com.
It’s almost there
Pros:
- reasonably priced
- can play own music and listen to the timer from the video
Cons:
- unable to search for videos in landscape mode on iPad
- does not have a feature to indicate which day of the program you left off of. For example, I don’t know if I finished day 4 or 5 of the iron program easily. (I am not a calendar person, so I don’t want to schedule every video onto the calendar)
- does not have a feature where the video remembers where you left off (YouTube has this feature). For example, I have to use my finger to scroll to where I think I left off from.
- in general, I find it really hard to search for videos and programs. It is not intuitive
- I want to be able to see a list of videos that I have completed, not just a number. Again, it’s hard to see which days I actually completed

Hey there! It is possible to install the app without paying and see what workouts are there, but it's not possible to play a workout without a subscription. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@cgxapp.com and we'll be happy to help.

Hey there! Thanks for getting in touch to share your feedback with us. When a brand new program is released, the workouts are released on a day-by-day basis so that the CGX Community can work through it together and encourage each other along. As soon as the program is fully rolled out, all of its workouts will be available for you to complete whenever you'd like. Meanwhile, Caroline's 200+ other workouts are available on the app for you to enjoy at any time.
