I see that you're finding some aspects challenging. It would have been really helpful if you could describe exactly what those challenges are. I understand it takes effort to articulate these issues clearly. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback.
  • Great app but anycubic photon mono 2 not supported

Great app feels great to use but sadly a very common new user friendly printer the anycubic photon mono 2 not supported even though ever other photon mono is supported including their first model just not the mono 2 if you have an mono x2 your all good

    Developer Response

Of course it's supported. If you open the machine settings, tap on "Add", you'll find it listed under the "Anycubic" header.
  • Amazingly easy to use.

I’ve been using the app for a couple of weeks. Maybe completed 10 prints so far and found it incredible simple to use.

The only thing I can’t work out is how to change the infil percentage. All of the models have such a tight infil they are taking hours to print.

My last print was 23 hours long 😱..

Anyway great app. Just would love to change the percentage of the infil/ density.

It's amazing to hear that you're having a great time with the app! I'm sorry about the confusing name for the infill density - I've moved the task to rename it to the top of my todo list as it's high time that I finally fix it. For now you can adjust the infill density in Material -> Structure -> Sparse Linear Infill Step X. It's basically the distance between the lines that make up the infill. So a value of 5 with a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm will result in 2 mm distance between infill lines - which is very dense. If you increase the value, the distance increases with it and the infill will get less dense. If you have any further questions, just drop me an email and I'll be happy to help.
  • Separate shell

Hi.seperate shells is not working.you can only move one object this as never happened before can you help

    Developer Response

Can you send me the STL or scene file to the email address in the app's help section or at the bottom of the app's store page? I'd have a look at it and get back to you.
  • Rubbish

You have to pay to print,I paid for the printer and now this! Don’t buy it doesn’t let me delete the trash app
  • This app is not letting me do nothing

I get the app then I click on it but it just shows a cube and I click every wear but it just doesn’t work so I reset it but it does the same thing it shows a cube and I can’t use the app I don’t like this app at all

    Developer Response

The app is working for everybody else so my guess is that maybe your device is either completely under-powered or broken. I don't write this to shift blame but because it's the only conclusion I can currently arrive to. Normally I'd try to help you figure out why it's not working for you, but as you also wrote an email with a more spicy tone, I'll just leave it at this.
  • Sweet slicer, payment model holds it back.

Not going to bother signing up for yet another subscription, and there are plenty of people who feel exactly the same way. Either charge me or don’t.
  • Not too bad but not great

I tried this with my Ender 3 neo and it has a strange way of doing it I usually use cura and that heats the bed heats the nozzle and does the test and then starts but with pika slice it does the test heats up and then start and also it’s really really really fast meaning it can’t stick and I’ve used adhesive but it won’t stick because it’s so fast the only way I can print with this is when I use it for blocky prints. It’s good but not great

  • This App is fantastic

Finally I’ve gotten rid of my laptop, I just needed a slicer. This Slicer prints better than any I’ve ever used, i’m thrilled. (I’ve only tested it for Resin printing with the Anycubic Photon Max).
  • My Printer Not Supported

There really should be a supported printer list somewhere, on a link to a web page for example, so we don't have to go through all the rigamarole of installing the app, trying to add a printer profile to discover there are only three makes supported out-of-the-box, then importing a load more, and then find it's not there. That's 15 minutes I'll never get back!
