I've been using the Sofast app for a while now and I absolutely love it. The constant UI improvements make it stand out. I would like to see a widget added for easier start/stop fasting cycles and water tracking. It would be much more convenient to add a glass of water on a widget on my home screen rather than opening the app.

Fantastic app!

I tried IF in the past with no success, and now I'm in love with it! This app makes it so easy to keep track of my windows, and keeps me motivated by being able to see what stage my body is in during my fast.

Time tracker

Turned timer on last night at 10p and turned off at 12 pm today and see no record of it

Awesome app

Very supportive even when you're going solo. Very informative and gives a variety of suggestions also for drinking and eating, with the recipes to go with it. but it's cool to see your history with fasting and goals as well‌
