Create your own fasting plan 13-11, 15-9, 16-10, 16-8, 18-6, 20-4, 23-1, 24, 36, 48, Custom 5+2 Weekly Plan : During the week, eat normally for 5 days, and choose another 2 days for a little control.Women take 500Kcal and men take 600Kcal on fasting days. You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting.   • Amazing app!! Feadback, more features on Apple Watch please!

    This app is really good, I downloaded it to do a fast and I don’t usually fast so I was gonna delete it after BUT the app has way more features than just a timer for fasting, I’ve been using it ever since! It’s very easy to use, I really like how you can input meals/snacks you ate and can see it on a chart, same with weight and water you drank, I like seeing these things visualized. I like how it all connects to the Health App and don’t forget the cute artstyle aswell!! One thing I’d really love to see is if they implemented a way to add my water intake/food from my Apple Watch. I don’t always have my phone on me, especially when I’m drinking water, so it’d be nice to be able to atleast add your water intake from your Apple Watch. More features on Apple Watch would be nice other than that, amazing app, 5 stars!!

    Just a simple, easy to use fasting tracker with a cute aesthetic and several useful features (water tracker, eating journal etc).

    The only thing I would add is an “open ended fasting” plan option for people whom plan for longer fasts.
