Most of us find it hard to get our daily dose of exercise. We have a lot of work, and we don't have time for the gym. But there is something you can do every day—stair climbing!
Do you want to get healthy and have fun at the same time? Then Stair Master Climber is the right app for you!
Stair climbing is a great way to get your heart rate up and lose weight. It's also fun! You can do it with friends or family, or even just by yourself.
This app will help you get started with your new stair-climbing habit. It's easy to use, and it will keep track of how many stairs you climb each day so that you can see progress over time. The app also has an online community where people share their experiences and motivate one another to keep going!
If you're looking for something new to do to stay healthy, give this app a try—we're sure it'll inspire you!
It's also a fitness app that will help you have fun with your friends and family through stair climbing competition. It's easy to use and helps you lose weight by encouraging you to climb stairs instead of taking the elevator at work or in the mall. It also encourages you to workout in a fun manner!
HOW IT WORKS:
When you open the app for the first time it will ask you about your activity level. After you answer the prompt you will be taken to the main page of the app. Here we have our different tiles. You have Activities, Competition, and Achievements:
- Activity currently shows you your flights climbed in the past seven days in addition to your flight goals.
- The competitions page shows who you are currently competing with as well as an explanation on how to send a challenge.
- The achievements tile shows you achievements you’ve recently acquired and in the near future it will show you a completion percentage for unlocked challenges. It’s also where you send the aforementioned challenges. But words are cheap. You know what’s worth more? Trying the app for yourself, available exclusively on your iPhone!
The app gets your flights climbed using HealthKit securely from your iPhone. The Stair Stepper Machine feature calculates the number of stairs you climbed while using a stair stepper machine and adds it securely into your phone's HealthKit vault!
FUN WITH FRIENDS
This app will make stair climbing a lot more fun, especially when you compete with your friends and family. You can see how many steps you climb in a day and compete with your friends to see who can climb more steps. If you are competing against someone, then it will show how far away from them you are and how many steps they have climbed. This will help encourage you to climb more steps each day so that you can catch up or pass them.
This app also has a way for users to track their progress through the use of charts that show how many steps they have climbed each day or month. Users can also set goals for themselves as well as keep track of their progress towards those goals over time. This allows users to stay motivated while using this app because they know exactly where they stand at any given moment in time when compared against their previous performance over time

Regularly will do two sessions on the stair stepper at the gym before and after lifting. Record the first session and stop it then do the same for the second session but it doesn’t track the second session at all most of the time. Also the discrepancy between the step climber machine and app is significant even with phone in my pocket for the workouts that actually get recorded (e.g 100 flights on machine vs 50 in app).
