App needs work
I just bought the mars 2.0 was exited to use the app to find out it doesn’t have the proximity feature anymore it doesn’t show in my app and I’ve try to record my rides and doesn’t work doesn’t record anything try to put in my height and weight and doesn’t work either it only says check input I like the bike but hate the app Heybike needs to fix this or I don’t know if I’m the only one with this issue.

App support
Purchased a used Heybike, and found out I was 3rd owner, 2nd owner never used App and doesn’t have original owner info, who did not unregister App, been in contact with Heybike and they said it’s not their policy to help solve! Thanks customer service.
Needs a lot of work
This app needs a lot of work. It doesn’t even show the correct bike that I purchased and the GPS maps don’t work at all. I guess a few things do work but it needs to be completely remade properly.
Broken
Will not allow you to enter your weight so you can track your mileage every time I try to enter my weight, it says check input
Theft
The app is pretty good overall, but they should add some anti-theft features. They should add built in trackers to the bike and a mobile kill switch. My Heybike city run was stolen a few months ago and I sent 1300 altogether on it. This was bad for me as I spent 1 year working for it and it was my main mode of transportation. Add anti-theft ASAP.

This app just simply doesn’t work.
The app allows you to set the PAS range you want to use and to limit the top speed. The problem is neither setting actually affects the bike in any way. I set the max speed to 5mph and the throttle still hammers all the way to 28mph. The only thing the app does successfully is turn your bike on or off.

Useless… almost
App does allow proximity unlocking of the bike.
But would u like to see the trips you’ve taken? It can do that… until it decides to stop tracking and delete the ride fully. Junk. Stores nothing. Had the bike for 2 months… app says I haven’t taken a single trip… despite dozens occurring. Love the bike. App is junk.

Application needs major revision
In the app there is a button for the following function
When ON, the throttle speed will be limited to the maximum speed in current PAS level.
When OFF the THROTTLE speed will NOT be limited to the maximum speed of the current PAS level.
At no time should PAS level speed exceed the PAS speed limit. This does happen when selection button in settings is OFF. Dangerous!
The auto on (daylight sensor activated) for the headlights functions even when the bike is off.
The odometer setting never ran a continuous sum of miles and will reset if firmware isn’t updated following an app update.
User top speed gauge on app doesn’t match bike top speed.
This app needs help.

Ugh
Won’t even connect. Keeps saying network error even when connected to wifi. Won’t go past login screen
Unable to register
When I try to send the code to my email I get a Network Error. Unable to use the app at all.
