Doesn’t work
I get a “Network Connect Fail” error when I click “Send Code” to register. I get the same error if I try to login. Is the app dead?
GPS doesn’t work.
GPS shows my phone, NOT where the bike is.

Anti-theft tracking gps not working after 1 week of use … and I bought this bike 2 weeks ago.. only thing working on this app is the unlock service.. only if the app is open in your phone …not good !

I spent almost 2k on this bike and this app not working at all and not costumer service neither .. the only thing is working on this app is the lock and unlock

They don’t sell bikes they sell bike parts. The app is always buggy and slow. It’s hard to adjust the steering. It’s not worth it.

The only thing the app is useful for is to lock and unlock my bike does not do anything else

Please fix app
This app will record my ride for about 10 minutes then freeze. The only way I can get it to respond is to completely close the app. This doesn’t save my rides. Useless
App res is Auto Unlock
Been a heybike user for almost a year- so glad to use their app to ride my mars. When the Bluetooth is on, my bike will be automatically unlocked. I can track the trips.
