Horrible app don’t buy
Worst parlay app I’ve ever used by far. How coincidental that when I login and give them by bank information, my whole app glitches out and my screen just turns white and I can’t use the app anymore. How convenient is that??Peaceyoyo
Can’t cash out at the sport bet cashier.
I called the casino and ask I speak to the sport bet side. They connected me to them and I asked can I come up there to pick up my winnings. I told them I made bet on app and paid with credit card for bet. They told me “Yes you can come cash out at the sport betting cashier before 10pm”. I drove 2 hours to come and got told that information is false but they will soon have it. Now the VIP ach is 3-5 days and it’s a Friday and called up there but they off for Black Friday(not even a holiday) and basically got to wait a whole week to get my money. 😪Show less😈Kid From Next Door

App is decent. Just needs to put the stats from the games on there for live games and before games you should be able to see the teams H2H history, injuries, player stats, and their schedule and scores from previous games. ALSO needs a direct to card withdrawal and direct to app from card deposit instead of using Play+, that’s a hassle.Show lessyppdmoney

Great app, horrible withdrawal options
App is fantastic for Arkansas. Lots of bet options, clean and easy to use. Getting money out is another story. Getting it in there is no issue but settling up requires going through a third party. Even then, they have to approve it - which takes two days at minimum. Then from there you have to find a way to get it from the third party into your bank account.
I’d rate this 5 stars if the withdrawal process wasn’t so ridiculous. Solid work on the actual play part of it though.Show lessChrisKCash
So hard to withdrawal money
This is the worst Sportsbook app I’ve ever tried to withdrawal money from. It’s easy to deposit it, even though you still have to go through more steps than any other Sportsbook. But getting your money back out takes way too long and is too complicated. There’s no ACH way to withdrawal money right from the app like with the BETLY or Saracen apps. If you live in Arkansas I would definitely recommend using those two apps over this one!Show lessJakeoftrades
Really hard getting your money if you win.
The negative. When they take your money it’s pretty much instant, PayPal, etc. If you win you have to do a bunch of second hand adding something called mycardplus. Then after you jump through a bunch of hoops, you can only draw out so much of your money per day, per week, per month. You can’t even go directly to the Oaklawn Casino and get your money. Even their competitor let’s you get your money directly from casino or back through PayPal. Shouldn’t getting your money be as fast and easy as it is giving it? The Oaklawn Casino is basically no help explaining anything about how the app works. Two party verification security is a pain and requires you to go back to your email, very frustrating because it logs you out very often. The positive. Great app but can’t deposit money
I was able to deposit money one time. I’ve tried to deposit for 2 weeks now and to no avail. Plus there is NO HELP. They will not help me. Not the casino, no power play, no telecheck (who they use as a third party when depositing). It took a week to even talk to someone at TeleCheck. Today was my last day to try. I’ve wasted so much time. OH! And PayPal says I’m in a region where they will not let me transfer funds. Nightmare. DONE. The app was great though. I loved all the features. And it was very easy to navigate. Also, came on to use the $250 insurance they have billboards around the state offering. Wasn’t able to use it so it was null and void because I didn’t know I was supposed to go to a certain tab to use it. SMH. (So now they are trying to detour me from leaving this review. I just tried like 10 “nicknames” and all were already used. No way some of these were used. They are trying to stop me from leaving this review. Someone else may stop but not ME.Show lesskdkkdklc

Simple to deposit money on the app. Seems impossible to withdraw money. I think that’s by design, though.
