  • Terrible

Really disappointing. Can't even freaking get money in the app to place my bets. Such a freaking hassle. Sad for Arkansas that this is what we get.
  • Deposit/Withdrawl Options terrible

Saracen is still the best app in the state due to deposit/withdrawl options. Play+ is crap and I won’t use this app until more options provided
  • Much room for improvement

The app is functional, but leaves much to be desired. Just getting money in is a pain in itself (requires opening a separate bank account called Play+… why?), ironic considering that should be exactly what they want you to do. I made the mistake of enabling two-factor authentication, which I do with every account that offers it, but this implementation is one of the worst I’ve seen (email is the only option, can’t use token generators or even a text message). The app offers Face ID, but that seems pointless when the app never remembers my login details and then requires me to wait for an email code to input afterwards every single time I want to use it. If Face ID is enabled that should be it… login once with two factor and remember the details, use Face ID every time from then on. Honestly that one change would be such a QoL improvement.

  • Don’t do authentication

It is hit or miss if they send you the code. Tech support has been absolutely useless. Best option was can I give them another email.
  • Oligopoly at its finest

That stupid profit sharing rule that Arkansas casinos wanted passed is a nightmare for consumers. Are you kidding me? No promos or anything on this app. Not even for signing up initially. The app is also trash. I don’t want to use play+ to cash out. I’ll stick to offshore books instead of supporting these corrupt politicians.

  • 6 Months Later

Arkansas legalized online sports betting back in March. Six months later, you’d think this app would be amazing considering how long it’s been in the works. Guess again. Signed up on my computer and they asked me to download software to get my location. No thanks. Then I downloaded the mobile app and signed in with the account I created on the computer only to discover the only way to deposit is through some sketchy Oaklawn-branded prepaid card? Nope. This is what happens when three casinos have an oligopoly over the entire state’s sports betting market.
