Easy to follow and adapt to beginner thru advanced Pilates. Instructors are informative and make following movements easy.

So far I like it
So far I like it but I just started using the app so it may be too soon to tell but I think it looks pretty neat and I am looking forward to getting a reward for leaving a review even though it is a run on sentence that doesn’t really tell anyone much of anything.
