The notification tab don’t work. I click on it to read what’s there and it just close out the whole app so now I can’t see nor get any notifications.Brooke💯
Inconsistent
Bettertrucks has a lot of potential but falls short with inconsistencies far as pay, communication with dispatchers, scheduling system.
Sometimes you are paid the next day at best if you have no returns or returned failed packages immediately following a shift. Other times it will take a couple days. I am still waiting and cannot reach anyone. Dispatchers rarely answer calls anymore. I received the amount my route paid before I even started it which seemed like I was lowballed. Another route I was paid under the minimum of 115 and nothing was done about it.
You could be assigned a route but they say first come, first serve so you may still end up with nothing after driving up to the pickup.
Other gigs pay the same day within secs if not the same day consistently.
