  • Not as good as on cue

    You need to bring back the information that on cue gave us,because this app is not a improvement.
    Not being able to manually start the exercise test is also needed to be re installed.
     On cue was great compared to this new one.

  • Oncue was better

    How do you take a horrible app (Oncue Plus) and replace it with an even worse app? If you’re considering an on cue module it’s absolutely not worth it.
    No longer able to monitor any data besides hours. No longer able to start an exercise.

    Ugly, loss of major features and can’t even reset your password without calling support. Bring back the old app.

  • A Giant Leap Backwards

    What happened to all the engine parameters? It was on the OnCue app, but not available on the “new and updated” app.

    All of the useful data that was in OnCue parameters is missing. The app is not better than what it is replacing and looks like a major downgrade. I would stick to OnCue until Kohler makes you change.

  • Another app mistake

    As the other reviews have stated, Forcing everyone to switch over to this new version without giving us the information needed to monitor a generator, such as oil pressure, battery voltage, engine temperatures etc. Another Kohler failure! The only reason it’s 3 stars as the app was easy to connect to my generator. We’ll see if it stays connected. I’ll update in a few months.

  • A step backwards

    This new app is a step in the wrong direction. With OnCue I was able to view all of the vital generator parameters while it was running which made it easy to keep an eye on things. That functionality has been lost with the new app. Hopefully it’s an update away.

  • Completely useless

    Just about all it tells you is if the generator is running, which I already know because I can hear it running.

    Went from OnCue Plus which had some useful stats about the generator to something completely useless. Dev team must have hired from Sonos…

  • Huge downgrade

    Took everything I loved about last app and made it worse. Instead of being simple app that gave only needed data like temps, voltage, freq, ATs and gave us nothing in return. Kohler sometime best to leave perfection good enough alone.

  • OnCue Offered More Information

    The new app has only a minimal amount of operational information compared to the OnCue app. The new app “looks” more modern and sleek, but I prefer more information, such as RPM, frequency, voltage, and controller and oil temperature.

    I am also having trouble changing the test schedule. Hopefully support will have a resolution for me.
