Innovative in a Simple
But I'm discovering that I may have ADHD and I have a history of setting up complex systems and discarding them ... From one app to another.
Part of it is that other apps don't really fit how I work or think. This does.
It's one list with easy capture that can be sorted quickly. It can be reorganized by you or AI. That's all I need to focus on what needs done.
It might be useful to be able to add events from our calendar as tasks, so we have a quick and clear view of our day and we can organize around events.
I also think the prioritization and tagging can be improved, but I like that there is no unnecessary AI stuff.
Most AI tools in task apps have no use for me.

The Best!!!! ADHD app ever
Response from developer
Wow, thank you for the kind words and for sharing your experience! We’re so happy the app helps you keep life on track—it’s literally why we built it. 💛 And hey, slipping up is totally human; the important part is that you keep going (and we’ve got your back for those reminders 😉). ADHD as a superpower? Absolutely agree! You’re crushing it, and your feedback powers us up too. 🚀

Confusing
Response from developer
Hi! The whole productivity part of the app including AI is available for free without any paywall, for everything else there are 14-day free trial and 100% refund guarantee. I am sorry, that you don't like the streaks, but it works very well for our users, some of them already got 400 days streaks, and it make them feel very productive. I hope you will find the system that works for you.

Holy Cow
Not only did I NOT delete this app within the first 12 hours, I also accomplished tasks that I’ve been putting off for MONTHS!! NUMO was able to get me there even with my current med dosage being lower than it’s supposed to be, today’s coffee intake less at than half the usual, AND my insomnia exceptionally active the last couple days. I’m still operating at a level that is steady and productive even though it’s been over 30 hours since I was able to sleep. I love NUMO!! So much! 🩷
Frustrating. Inaccessible. I really tried but i give up.
Half the features are locked, you only have access to the in-app community if you pay (which is ridiculous because ADHDers are in critical need of community for both emotional and functional needs), and you can’t even edit the items in your current day’s tasklist once you’ve posted them — only routine/repeating tasks, or tasks for future dates, can be edited. If you mess up anything in the task or just need to adjust it later, have fun erasing it and creating a whole new task — you better hope it wasn’t the one with like 10 sub-steps because you’re gonna hate it real quick.
(Oh, and minor bug of little importance — the app icon never changes, no matter which customization option i choose. Bummer, because i love Halloween themes and designs, and i was really into the franken-icon.)
Sorry for the negative review. Maybe the developer is still learning (or ADHD has them forgetting to fix things) — i’d like to try using it again in the future, when it works better. But as it is right now, i wouldn’t spend another day on this app if you paid me. Functioning is hard enough as it is.
