Unable to register in app
I would love to use this service but it wont process my account registration in order to use the app.
Doesn’t work and no support
I’ve tried to activate the app and it does not work. Also no one responds to support emails. Unfortunately, a waste of time and space.
Tried to Overcharge
Quoted $130MXN for a $70MXN ride. I declined the ride. I understand a small surcharge being added for the convenience of using the service, but almost doubling the fare is trying to take advantage of the customer.
no verification code
saw a driver. he showed me the app. got no verification code. left me stranded. 😳.. still no code… i will give 2 stars for having an app. Now make it work. 😉

The verification code didn’t arrive in the first two times, but after requesting it one last time, it worked on the third try.
Update:
The service went smoothly after ordering and scheduling a pickup this morning. The driver was 10 minutes late, but that was totally fine after I made it on time where I needed to go. Make sure to schedule enough time in your itinerary.
Some cons:

Great app, used it 3 times. I don’t remember the verification part but it might require a Mexican number.
No good with 5 digit sms
