Slow and not always reliable
The chat functions does not work. When I want to chat with the driver, it always says that the connection is lost. A lot of places are invalid zones and at night it takes over an hour to find a ride. Hope these things get addressed as I would love to give this a 5-star rating since it is convenient and you get a fair price once scanning the QR unlike doing it over WhatsApp messenger where the price is always different, as well as stopping a taxi on the street.
