  • Dangerous

    This app is horribly bugged the gps will not transfer to car play and makes the gps map tiny on your phone and makes you manually click for information on your next turn. The features it has are useless and it’s only a matter of time before a delivery driver gets into a accident from distracted driving by constantly having to mess with the phone just to see where you are going. Toying with your phone while driving is illegal and yet this driving app makes you constantly mess with your phone. I see a lawsuit in the near future from this causing a severe accident. The whole mom’s system was rolled out at least a year early as the development team is either to small or under skilled. This app needs removed from the App Store immediately until it is developed safely.

  • AMAZING APP

    This truly is the future. Removing features that nobody liked, very good Marcos. Paper truly is the supreme form of communication. I cannot wait to carry a clipboard and receipt with me to every delivery whilst also balancing the drinks and salads and pizzas. It’s like, idk, more authentic. Very pojjers, no clap, for fake for fake, on gog. Never update, leave as is. Now we have the best Website AND the best Delivery App. Marcos be clapping the other big boys SHEESH

  • This app feels incomplete like the whole system

    This app removed many of the good functionalities of the food tech app.

    You can no longer have a run started and get good gps directions. The directions won’t track you correctly you need to end the direction and restart them to get actual turn by turn directions.

    You can no longer see if there are deliveries at the store or track how much money you have made.

    There is no way to see if there are delivery instructions like “don’t ring the bell the baby is asleep”. All you can see is a phone number and address.

    If you turn on location services only when using the app it doesn’t recognize you have them on and will not let you mark orders delivered.

    The overall system is not better than this app. It crashed 4-5 times on Friday night which is not good for the busiest night of the week.

    It feels like this app/system was not tested to ensure it could handle the volume of orders that would be necessary.

    There probably should have been a few months of testing/development prior to release.

  • Pitiful App

    Huge step backwards. Please add the following features, otherwise please go back to FoodTech.
    -Order Details
    -Customer Name
    -Delivery Instructions
    -Ability to see deliveries yet to be assigned
    -Ability to quickly send pre-loaded text
    -GPS that will work correctly
    -Ability to add tip if already paid on card
    -Ability to view tips accumulated during shift
    -Ability to mark a run finished even when gps INCORRECTLY says you should be a mile down the road

    Very inefficient. Would give zero stars if allowed. Most of this information can be seen at the store on the computer, but it is needed on the app, otherwise why have the app other than tracking us? I’m now spending time gathering this information when i could be on the road. Really dislike fumbling with pen and receipt’s trying to get a tip/signature. Really dislike inability to see total tips/runs for my shift. Should let technology companies handle your technology, not this muddled attempt at an app done in house.

  • Horrible just horrible..

    This app doesn’t not let you change the default navigation to google maps because I use google maps and its easier than using the apple maps. You have to click go and cancel then go again when you use apple maps.
    You can’t track when you have another order to deliver so you lose the sense of urgency.
    This app makes it very very difficult to find businesses and hotels because the old food tec system had delivery instructions and business names all in one place and makes it easy to sort your deliveries. This app has nothing. Just and address and phone number. Its just terrible!

  • Cart Before the Horse?

    Enhanced online experience? Maybe for the customer as I’ve heard a handful of good comments except for the payment screen.

    As for saying we’re a people first company I’m struggling with a counterintuitive app for our drivers which clearly is is not operationally ready for high speed low drag use!

    A pass could be given as a 1.0 stab at a “better” product but this currently seems to burdensome for the user and organization. We’ll give it some more time to become more acquainted with the ins and outs but not impressed at this point!

  • Wish I could give zero stars

    I went driver to manager in half a year because of my hard work and due diligence, I would give up my tip money just so the store would run smoother and with the highest efficiency.

    All I was told was the new system was going to be user friendly and easier on all employees; I’ve been lied to for multiple months now.

    It’s hard to keep a straight face and an upbeat attitude while loosing money as a driver, app is completely broken and the store system is even worse.

    If corporate is seeing this, go back to paying FoodTec until you get your system under control, it’s loosing your stores money and valued employees. I’m going to find a new job now because of this new system.

    If you are a new employee working at Marco’s and are seeing this, think of finding a different job before being stuck with a system which is unreliable and will make your job extremely hard to do.

  • Bring back FoodTech

    This driver app is awful. The map doesn’t pull up half of the time, you can’t tip at the door, you can’t see any of your shift stats, and you can’t track the drivers as easily which can become unsafe. I’ve worked for Marco’s for many years and I have enjoyed my job, but this new app has caused me to lose tips and has caused me many problems. I get not wanting to pay for the foodtech system, but don’t try giving us a new system and driver app when it isn’t finished. It might cause you to lose hardworking and dedicated employees because it’s simply not worth the time to sit around and hope it’ll get better one day.

  • Terrible app

    This app is terrible. I’ve been a delivery driver at Marco’s for a couple years now. We used to have foodtec delivery IQ before switching to this one and it had so many more features and options. If customers don’t leave a tip, you were able to have them add one on the phone. Not on this app. It doesn’t show me how much I’ve made, how many deliveries are up, or how many drivers are at the store. If anyone at Marco’s corporate is seeing this, it is such a downgrade from our old system. I understand that you want us to have Marco’s brand apps but this one is beyond terrible.

  • ZERO Star Rating

    “ Cutting Edge”? I find it extremely hard to believe and it is even harder to understand how a company who chose a “ cloud base platform” to be “ NEW Cutting edge, to be MORE ADVANCED, to have MORE FUNCTIONALITY “ chose for the delivery app to have Paper and Pen as an option ???
    We have gone 10-15 years BACK.
    Even more so, keeping the “ contact less” option for delivery tells me it is understood that the world has changed and customers no longer wish to have much contact at the door, so why?? Why would it even be something “ tolerable “?
    This has dropped drivers income, and increased customer’s frustration.

    The app has sooo many bugs in it, drivers are in fact NOT able to end their runs at the door every-time. Most times, the app doesn’t recognize that the driver is in fact at the customers door, not sure what is used to determine the gps/map of the area.

    There is no visibility of “Driver instructions” on the app.

    Overall, highly disappointed.
