My favorite Game

Hi I've written you guys before when the game wasn't working you guys said just wait were reworking it and you were right it was well worth the wait but my daughter was sick I played this game day and night at the hospital she passed Sept 12, 2024 but somehow my green dessert machine is missing I couldn't have deleted it because you can't but its gone can you please help me I'm setting up her cremation while I wait opened the game so I don't scream and just break every I'm so sorry I'm emotional I'm trying to hold it together the best I can part of me wonders why its so important to me but I can't fix this I can't fix anything it please help thank you Patti

WORST UPDATE EVER! Zero stars

I’ve been playing this game for a long time, this is the worst! I understand updates are needed, however, to change the game ENTIRELY is a no go for me. What happened? The game was “Happy Merge Cafe” now it’s Happy merge seaside? I’ve lost everything and starting back at level ONE! I had inventory and all of the “machines” now ALL GONE! Sure you supplied “gems”, but changing every single thing on the game? I’ve spent hours playing and for what???? If I could undo the update I would in a heartbeat, but since that can’t be done, I’ll be deleting and finding another game. Hey, I’ll be starting that one at level one too!

UPDATE: the developer’s response is the same to everyone who has complained about this new update that erases EVERYTHING that we worked hard to achieve. Since you have a lot of complaints, why not CHANGE IT BACK???? Super annoyed with the old “we want to provide a better gaming experience “, well guess that’s not working out 😡

Sorry，in the new version, in order to give players a better gaming experience, we have made some configuration adjustments to the game, and changed many previous items, logic and progress. You'll receive some diamond power-ups after the update to help you better adapt to the changing parts of the game.

Don’t bother trying to play this game

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now. I really enjoy it, however, this is the third time that the creators have updated the game and reset it at the same time! Each time they do this, we lose all our progress, coins, diamonds and have to start from the very beginning at level one!! It’s so frustrating especially as there are prompts to teach you how to play the game. Like I haven’t already done that twice before and now a third time?! I don’t think I’m going to bother to continue posting this time. Very disappointing. I gave it 2 stars simply because it is a fun game to play but only if you can tolerate the numerous restarting.
DISAPPOINTED!

Why have they suddenly stopped updating?

I love this game but have to got to a point where there are no more levels to complete. What happened? Why has it suddenly stopped being updated? I want to continue but am at a point now where it’s boring cause there is no more to do. Please update

No more tips and no customer serve support

A few weeks ago, I stopped receiving tips for restaurant upgrades. As a matter of fact, not even the restaurants themselves had any upgrading options. It just keeps telling me, “More tips will be there soon.” I have contacted customer support several times and I never get a straight answer. I always get the same canned and super vague response that didn’t help one bit. I also wanted to know how you can acquire certain items such as the fishing pole but there is no guidance in place. It’s a fun game but it really is upsetting how user un-friendly it is. Thinking about deleting this app. There are probably better merge games out there that are more customer oriented.

Good game BUT no new updates

I’ve been playing this game a while. The game itself is great, I’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve finished the current levels off and then the game says it’s waiting for the next update…. There’s been no new update it’s been at least a month with nothing… it’s getting boring now waiting
