Amazing!!

Love this app to compliment my running. Highly recommend. Carla is so inspiring too.
I add strength & yoga weekly. 30mins effective time spent. Plus all the bonus features.

Great program, value, support and fun

Carla is fantastic. So energetic and motivating. She had incredible knowledge and I love the way this program is making me stronger & giving me more confidence in my running.

A great resource

Carla is both a great instructor and inspirational runner, but very relatable. The exercises week to week and the back catalogue resources are brilliant, and there are regular Q&A sessions with other experts, and a friendly community forum.

Keeping me Injury Free

I love doing Carla’s sessions. They are easy to fit into your week and I am convinced that the consistency of doing them week in week out is helping me stay injury free which of course means we are consistent with our running and therefore able to get faster. Making me a better runner

I’m no stranger to S&C but life love and lockdown made me neglect it. I’ve tried other apps out there but since discovering a leaflet for Carla SCY course (on a toilet door at a run show- who says targeted advertising doesn’t work). I thought I would give it a go thinking I won’t be keeping up with it like with so many other apps I have tried in the past. Carla’s teaching is personable, clear and focussed. Three months on I am noticing the difference, how much more my core is engaged, and my strength returning. Carla is engaging with her students it’s not just one set of routines on repeat and encourages interaction, even making a special bonus video for me to target a troublesome area. I would whole heartily recommend this to anyone. Just expect a lot of cake talk 😊Mansinu

Injury free 100k

I’ve been following Carla’s SCY programme for quite a few months now, having found it looking for a strength and stretching plan specifically for runners. An injury prone runner, I made it through a 6 month training plan and my first 100k run with only one niggle and no injuries and my quads got so strong I was running down the hills like a mountain goat! The new app is great, and so easy to use!

Perfect for runners

It was great before and now it’s even better with the app! Weekly easy sessions to do from home and you’ll never get bored ☺️

Easy to follow and not boring!

This strength, conditioning and yoga program is simple to follow and it’s great to follow a proper video with Carla talking you through it all. Carla clearly puts a lot of thought and effort in to each session and they are short enough not to make us runners bored, but long enough to feel the benefit.

As straight forward as you can get

Fantastic app, everything is in the right place, easy to navigate and bundles on information.
Couldn’t ask for it to be better, great app to match the content.

Great App

The App is really easy to use and the search facility on it so you can select a yoga session that targets the area you are looking for i.e glutes/hamstrings etc. is brilliant!
