  • returned function

    my healy started to disfunction, and incalled in for support. i was told how to reset the device and since then it works the same as new

  • Great App, Except...

    I run programs on my Healy based on the suggestions from the Healy Advisor App. I love what it does for me. The Healy 2 app is easy to navigate and clearly laid out. I use both the electrode pads with wires and the Coil depending on the program. Using the Coil is significantly nicer than electrodes and wires, but, in the Healy 2 App it takes longer to set up because the default setting for intensity (for safely) is 15% and you should run the Coil at 100%. There are controls (- and ) to change the intensity and to get from 15% to 100% takes 17 taps! This is excessive and time consuming. I would be of GREAT benefit if a slider was provided in addition to the minus and plus buttons. I made this suggestion on the Healy website one year ago and have yet to see any change to the app to help with this time-consuming setting (I run programs on my Healy each day until it needs to be recharged and then until I go to bed - that's A LOT of intensity adjustments).

  • my healy was working...

    perfectly, till i downloaded this last update on may 9th 2024. my device is not seen by my iphone on bluetooth. as it was working before, my only guess is thats the app that causes the problem. please help me!

    Your new app can’t findMy Healy even though it’s sitting on top of my tablet. Why did you have to ruin everything byYou’re stupid upgrade?

  • Worst app

    I have bought the healy 10days ago and I actually love the device but 9 out of 10 the app crashes all the time. I have the newest iphone, its up to date but this app has way to many bugs. Not acceptable for such a expensive device. Some people say it runs better with a android phone but i will not get a android just to be able to use it!! Thumbs down! I will return it & buy it again whenever their technology gets better.

  • Why can’t you have program descriptions?

    Seriously, what is ‘Pure’ and what does it do? I don’t want to have to go searching for that, and the same for all the rest of the programs. Everyone should be able to select the program and see what it does right there in the app. I should have to go to a web page to figure that out.

  • Better than old app

    Much better at finding and connecting to devices. A feature request I would have is to be able to hold down the + or - button to quickly adjust intensity rather than having to tap if you wanted to use the coil and boost to 100%

  • App Is Good But Not There Yet

    I’ve been using the Healy now for about two years. The Healy 2 app is a definite improvement from the old app, but it falls short, when increasing or decreasing the frequency strength.
    For example: if the app could be made as to when you push to increase, you would just hold down, and it would increase as much as you want, and the same for decreasing as opposed to constantly keep tapping and typing and tapping. I would like to see for people who use the coil to have the ability to preset the frequency level of choice. That will be a real nice feature.

  • App doesn’t run if I try to go to other tasks on phone

    It looks very nice and is easier to see all of the icons but you have to keep the app page open and can’t do anything else on your phone while the program is running. That’s not practical. Can we bring that option back?

    Dear User, Please install the newest version of the app. The Healy App is programmed in such a way that if you move away from the Bluetooth range of your smartphone with the Healy, the selected program on your Healy will still continue to run until the end and the frequencies will be transferred to you. You can see this by the flashing green LED on the Healy. Your Healy Team
