The device disconnects mid-program every single time I use it. I think I’m running the program but I have to keep checking the device to make sure it stays connected. Sometimes I have to go into the app several times during a program to reconnect.Nerdy_1

Dear user, Please install the newest version of the app. The Healy App is programmed in such a way that if you move away from the Bluetooth range of your smartphone with the Healy, the selected program on your Healy will still continue to run until the end and the frequencies will be transferred to you. You can see this by the flashing green LED on the Healy. Your Healy TeamNice improvement
I’ve been using this app for two days and loving the upgrade from the first one. Besides the look which has a very nice aesthetic it hasn’t crashed or turned off after running a program. It’s nice to wake up during the night and run another program easily without having to sync and take more time starting it.
