It doesn’t work in Iran plus I bought one month plan but it keeps charging my account and there is no way to cancel. No customer support

It gave me a great and smooth connection, even while considering Irans internet speed.
But ever since your last update, the app doesn’t open fully and is stuck in the ((loading)) page. Fixing this bug would be great^_^

Non generous app
This app(biubiu vpn) supposed to help Iranians to turn over the filtration and to have a basic free version for poor Iranians, but mostly the basic doesn’t work, while there are many other fast & completely free & generous vpn apps which help people, particularly the Iranians. Thanks to these generous vpn and the hell with beubeu vpn

Its not openning
Well hello , thabks for you awsome program . I loved it alot and almost used it every day .
But there is a problem , after the last update my app is still on the upgrade notification and it wouldnt let me to connect to the servers . I would be really happy if you solve my problem .

Ithe vpn was great bu doesn’t take long
I was happy and very satisfied for a long period but I don’t know what happened. But now it does not connect at all and does not work. I installed it more than ten times, but nothing it was just a waste of time and money along with broken nerves. I gave five stars some time ago
Trouble with connecting
I have been using the app for more than 1 year in Iran , premium account, it was ok during this period but unfortunately recently I have problems getting connected to any servers ,I don’t is it related to censorship or the app itself?!
Crash System!
Ever since I installed it, it crashes when I connect the program and after a while it connects again. Generally, if you click on the options at the top of the program, this is a problem and it is because of the advertising window. Every time the window does not move, it lasts for 1 second. The program does not lag. It works, but when it moves, the program locks. Recently, the software does not work at all because the Mac operating system crashed twice because of the program. I remember that the program used 4 GB of RAM due to the program crashing. Please give an update to remove the advertisement window inside the program so that we can use the software.

Great but some problems
I can use Appstore, linkedin and apple music while I am connected to this vpn. I am using premium version and this problems are not acceptable.
