Disappointed with cloud
I paid for the cloud service and all I get is a pop-up ad asking me to buy it but I already did. Does anyone know how to get to the cloud to watch playback video? I have been unable to find any information or support on this product.Weezy Poo Pie

Worth the money
Product was way cheaper than most other surveillance cams. Speeds of processing is a little slow , but other than that I am only disappointed that camera is not rechargeable like stated in advertisements.Chainbreaker for Christ
Started out good
Everything started out good fairly easy to setup and connect, then all the sudden it’s wanting to send me ads you have 2 choices personalize or not personalized I don’t want any darn ads I paid for this camera and don’t want to have to see ads just to be able to use an app to monitor my camera. I was seriously considering buying another camera until all this started happening.
Then I connect to my phone and it’s constantly telling me it offline when I know for a fact it is not because it’s still connected to my tablet and that is viewing just fine (still online)
I will hold off buying another one until these issues get fixed I also don’t want to purchase cloud storage so quit asking, it’s very annoying. “sure”Dayband
Don’t waste your money on this camera
Spent two days, placing new wire to accomodate 5v plug, trying to get past scanning the bar code fails. All I hear is “ Welcome to use” tried to get help and it’s all in Chinese. Had similar problems with another YIOT camera that screws in socket. Couldn’t get help. It always alerted but nothing there. Took a hammer to it. I feel better. Will purchase professional instal like Ring.Bohdan the man

Rip off
It keep wanting me to buy cloud storage and after buying it it’s not allowing me to use the playback at all the price for the storage ad keeps popping up so for the price I pay a month is a rip off so now I have to charge my information so they can stop taking money off my card not an happy customerGarden handed GD hank
Can not get past first step in program. Can not register.
Can not register. First step and it does not work. I click on “get code” and next screen shows simple arithmetic problem. Like 3 - 1 so I input correct answer and hit the only response available. I click on the word “sure”. Only response to choose. And it replies “Not correct code”. Will return both cameras.japck
