They advertise what they don’t have
Their ads look great they advertise being able to put your product /clothing onto Ai models and make videos with the models moving around with different settings in your products or clothing by just using using a picture of your product be it clothing or perfume etc. Their ads show videos and they actually claim this. However once you’ve subscribed there’s no way that this feature is available on the app when you contact support they tell you the feature is disabled and not available but will be available soon meaning they have no idea as they are still testing this so they shouldn’t use this in the ad. Period.

App lowkey ain’t worth
In my own opinion. Literally everything you must need to pay for and it gets annoying because even with the 3 day free trial- when it’s over you have to pay so much for just a little amount. And the templates are not even worth it, their are some that are pretty good but I feel like the rest aren’t even mad with effort. I feel like this app would be better if it gave you more options for free. Just feels like a money grab in my opinion

About the app
The app is great but I don’t seem to understand why the music on this app is limited with the millions of music available around the world why is the list limited to just like 20 one minute songs it’s extremely disappointing because I want to cut the shots to match the songs but since your selection is so small I end up having to use songs from else where then the cuts don’t match it’s such a shame because everything else works great on this app

The choice of music is limited because of copyrights. Not all songs can be used legally.
App keeps shutting off as a Pro Subscriber
The app keeps shutting and doesn’t let me save any videos even though I am a pro subscriber!

not as good
when you’re trying to add videos it doesn’t recognise favourites(including videos and photos together) it’s very hard going in between adding photos and videos integration into the iPhone system is very slow and makes the workflow process even harder
Steals money
I paid for a year and the app kept saying I had no account. Support just told me to log out and back in but nothing worked and they never gave me a refund.
Constant glitching & deleting edits
I used to love how easy it was to edit on this app but recently it has kept glitching causing videos to go fully black & force closing the app deleting any progress (sometimes 1/2h work) I won’t be renewing my subscription unless this is sorted. I also wish there was a way to manually edit the color grading of videos without always having to resort to filters

What’s most disappointing is the lack of fresh ideas. The styles and themes haven’t evolved, leaving the experience stale for long-time users like me. This app had so much potential, but without a bold step forward, it risks losing its loyal audience.
