  • My day is better after a Lindywell session

    I have been a member since 2020. I wasn’t consistent at first, but I always felt better after I started my day with Lindywell. I now manage at least 5 days a week. What is great about the app is I can do the workout of the day or I can find one in the library if I want a different focus. I am 68 and want to keep this up so my body will stay mobile.
  • Only 5 days in and loving this!!

    A couple of friends highly recommend Lindywell to me. I spent a couple of weeks reading about Robin and the company and spent time reading the blog and tried some recipes before joining. I couldn’t have joined at a better time than the Pilates Day sale! I joined for a year and got a few great items! I will be rolling out my mat almost daily!! Thank you 💜
  • Robin makes staying in shape doable.

    I’ve been using the app about 4 months. I’ve become noticeably stronger at keeping up with my teenage boys when we hike and ride bikes. I’m 57. I gave the app a 4 star rating because it occasionally glitches and I have to shut it down and start it over during a workout. Thinking it might be my device, I switched from my old iPad to my newer phone, but still have occasional times when the video stops and I can’t restart it unless I close down everything and completely start over. Also, it would be helpful if there was a space to make notes by each workout for my own personal use so I could easily remember why I liked or didn’t like it.

    I found Lindywell during the early stages of the pandemic and am so grateful that I discovered Robin Long!
    Pilates has made me stronger, more flexible, and helped keep my core strong to fight lower back issues that I have.
    There are so many routine options available, and Robin approaches each one in a realistic manner for your individual needs and abilities.
    It’s a wonderful thing to be able to complete a Pilates routine at home and know you are keeping your mind and body as strong as possible!

  • A few initial hiccups, but now awesome.

    Excellent content. I had some issues when I first started having to reset my password a few times, but it works now. Short and sweet Pilates and breath work exercises planned out for every day…so much easier not having to plan anything out, just open the app and go! Almost nothing longer than 30 minutes…most about 15 minutes per day. Perfect for busy moms!
  • So happy to be back!

    I took a break from Pilates, assuming I’d be fine on my own… but I was wrong. 🥺 I have definitely missed being a part of this community! Life can be stressful, full of all kinds of difficulties and disruptions, but this is something I need to keep doing for myself, to stay strong and more able to be there for my loved ones. 😊💕
  • BEST Pilates Practice

    Favorite part: “You’re done for the day”. Gentle, Grace over guilt, easy to use, and worth supporting the woman led company!! I am constantly finding somebody around me to recommend and talk about this app to. Robin Long and her team have created a beautiful app, but best of all her practice is what keeps me as a member of the Sisterhood Community. When you open the app you are able to choose the selected workout of the day, or you can navigate to the workout library and filter them accordingly to what you are wanting to do. I love seeing the new monthly workouts at the top and easily choosing the workout I want to do. There's a calendar feature to show upcoming workouts for the month, and a personalized tracker to see your workouts completed. After each video is a chance to give input of how you feel with simple button prompts and to share your workout with beautiful graphic images. I have learned so much in the past two to three years since being a member. I love to pass on the little nuggets to others and am confident in rolling out my mat and doing the stretches on my own.. the only downside of doing them without the app playing is no checkmark for the day ✔️ I haven’t even mentioned the recipes on the app! TRY THIS APP!!
  • 2 years later still loving it

    I’m 50yo. Irse practitioner and due to autoimmune arthritis many exercises I used to do are not as feasible for me. I LOVE that there are workouts of just 15-20 minutes which makes them so doable and Robin does a great job of giving modifications and suggestions. I’m now at a place where I often don’t need the modifications and sometimes I even add a little bit of difficulty because she also mentions what you could do to make it more challenging. I’ve never felt so good in body and mind and spirit from years of using elliptical and other cardio equipment. I NEVER dread working out and even on days when I’m really not feeling well I find I am less stiff if I do a recovery workout (there’s an entire section for that too). I feel literally anyone at any age could benefit from these workouts (I’ve been recommending to my patients who are older and don’t want to join a gym) but also younger patients as it’s very affordable and she has more challenging workouts too with no equipment needed!!

    Last year my only exercise goals were ro work on open leg rocker and ro pick a balance work out each week because I no longer struggle with how many days a week I will work out. I never bargain with myself to skip. This year I’m focusing on balance again as I’ve made so many strides. LOVE THIS PROGRAM and thr cool screensavers shared each month too!
  • Horrible customer service

    I used to like Lindywell, but I just rejoined but cancelled again cus how I was treated, I wanted back into the facebook group & they denied it cus of posts I did in the past about my special needs daughter, omg I feel so judged that’s an awful thing to say to someone & I havnt been posting cus how they made me feel , I was afraid to post anything, I wold just read others posted, so this was shocking, do this isn’t a member’s want to be in where im judged cus of my sweet special needs autistic daughter , no way no ones gonna treat her that way, I don’t need this toxic attitude, people are horrible, it’s why a lot of us special needs moms are isolated with the kids to protect them from horrible people like this, I’m so done! I have another awesome workout app where people don’t judge , so good riddance!😡😡😡😡
  • Love the workouts, love the gentle approach

    All of the exercises are well explained. They have an extensive collection of workouts for beginners that focus on form and getting the full benefit of every exercise. They also have a great collection of workouts with more challenge for those who are ready.

    The best part is the overall attitude of grace over guilt, no perfection expected. Encouragement galore.

    By the time you add it the helpful breath work, delicious recipes, and community encouragement, this is physically, mentally, and emotionally helpful group of people, not just another exercise app!
