    As a busy mom, this has been an incredibly helpful addition to my daily routine. It really is stress reducing and energizing. I love that I can do it from home but still receive professional instruction! Highly recommend!
  • Love!

    I’ve been using this Pilates app for a few years now! I love it!!! It’s been a blessing. It’s gentle, encouraging and yet still challenging. It’s helped me stay consistent. Bonus; great recipes and inspiring monthly themes and goals.
  • Studio is great! App is really not working

    The studio teachers workouts and recipes are great and I love the no shame no guilt and philosophy plus it does not include left wing propaganda like other studios do. However the app never really works. And i log in to website it opens on app so I can’t workout. I emailed the hello lindywell email and hope i bc an get this solve. I reset it turn on and off updated and nothing works
  • Not so great

    The entire app only works for me half the time. I’ve been a member for 2 or 3 years and believe the older Balanced Life app worked much better. Actually everything on it worked. The new app doesn’t store my favorite work outs and the light green tabs on the bottom aren’t readable. They really should have given their color choices some thought before going with lime green on a background of white.
  • Please lower the cost

    In an effort to try to give sincere critical feedback… I love Robin and her workouts. I love her sincerity and her methods. I am not loving that this app costs so much. I know what you’re providing is valuable, but when you can join a gym for $10 a month, or pay one fee to have access to other workout apps indefinitely, I feel like this app is way over priced.
  • A Non-Exercise Person Now Hooked on Lindywell

    I started Lindywell over a year ago. I’ve never been consistent with exercise. However, with Lindywell, I’ve found that I noticed a difference, an improvement in my neck and spine when I exercise 5 days a week. I find myself doing some of these exercises during the day to release tension in my neck and back. My legs and core are stronger. There are times that my schedule and energy just do not allow for me to fit one more thing into my day. But with Lindywell I find myself wanting to get back to the mat and Pilates. The instruction is great. The convenience of taking Lindywell with me anywhere and exercising on my time and in my home is fantastic! Thank you Lindywell!

    I so look forward to my session everyday. I pop my air buds in and get lost in the workout for just a few selfish moments each day.

    I love the ease of logging in, pressing play and working out! I also like how I can easily find a workout that fits my mood or time frame and all the recipes in one app is very helpful!

    I LOVE the new updates.

    I’d love it if I could organize my favorites/downloads into folders. For example in the morning I’m looking for strengthening exercises but at night I love a good stretching workout that’s lower energy/less likely to raise my heartbeat. It would be a nice feature for seasoned users who have already saved a bunch of favorites 😉

    I love doing the Lindywell workouts. It helps my body stay healthy, strong & less stressed. The sisterhood community is awesome with so much support and encouragement.
