No customer services , No one answer on the phone , Delay of delivery up to 3 hours and some times they forget our order , Many item’s showing on the App however there’s no in stockss_alex_ss

مثلا ابل باي او البطاقه البنكيه بدلا من الدفع كاش❤️💕✌🏻👍🏻😃

مرحباً ممتون لتعليقكم خدمة الدفع بالبطاقة البنكية مفعلة ويمكنكم استخدامها، إذا كانت لديكم مشكلة في ظهور خيارات الدفع يرجى منكم التواصل معنا على رقم خدمة العملاء عبر الرقم الساخن والمجاني 800 6000تواريخ قريبه من الانتهاء وقديمه
في حال الطلب اون لاين يتم احضار كل شي بتاريخ قديم وقريب جدا من الانتهاء
مثال اللبن مصنوع قبل ٤ ايام وقريب الانتهاء والزبادي واللبن يعني جميع الاجبان وتم ابلاغهم اكثر من مره
المخبوزات اقل شي معموله قبل يومين او ثلاث وتم ابلاغهم
تم احضار سمك قديم وغير طازج ابدا وللعم التوصيل في عز الصيف والحر ومن غيررررررر ثلج او تبريد وايضا تم ابلاغهم
ارجوا الامانه في التوصيل وشكراShow lessبونايف ١٢٣٤

As with all things - I was quite skeptical of yet another delivery service but was pleasantly surprised.
I am traveling soon and needed to buy some meds for the trip.
I ordered at 6:30am and they were delivered within half an hour! Wait - what?? Impressive.
App seems to still be under development but I can’t wait what other services they end up adding.Show lessExhenena

My first experience using the app I received my order with a missing item which I called many times to inform them about with no response when I finally got through to them they were unfriendly and just brushed it off!! Item I paid for was not delivered and money was never refunded!! The second time I ordered I explained to the man on the phone that I had not received one of the items in my last order thinking he would offer to help or replace it and same thing!! Some items I received were completely different to what I ordered like the sage leaves which I instead received a small minced sage instead and two pieces of gum instead of a refund for the items that were not available!! What a joke! The worst customer service I have ever received! Would not recommend!Show lessazzzz55
