Wall Charger Connector App
The App is not as intuitive as I would like. Fortunately I am tech savvy but no expert. Better explanation and videos would help. I connected and ended up using the app to update the firmware for the charger. However, I shouldn’t have to in my opinion this needs to be more plug and play. The charger once connected to the internet should search, download and install the latest firmware for the charger. Most chargers are for home use and should not require the app. Honestly the Tesla app should manage the car and the charging station associated with the car.Show lessSmh901
The Perfect Wall Connector Companion
Loving this app and all of the real time data around the wall connector that I can see. I have two wall connectors and can seamlessly switch between the two. Also appreciated the ability to backup my Wall Connector QR Code/Setup details. I’ve paid for the premium features.blancmik

Pay $15 aud for a few graphs. This app has a long way to go before the price tag is worthwhile. Suggest people look for alternatives.inexus_au
Set up really hard
Boy, getting the unit onto the wifi is complicated because they only work on 2.4ghz. Finally found the ip address and manually set up.AndrewSorrento

Super handy to see what’s going on with the all changer which is otherwise difficult to get to.
Be sure to check ‘settings’ after setting up as I’m pretty sure during setup it asks you to enter your energy cost in ‘p’ but actually stores it as £ meaning your cost calculation will be well out.Gatsoman

The Missing Piece
Tesla owners often install a Tesla wall charger. It’s well-built, and well-controlled from the Tesla app when charging a Tesla. What about when charging other cars? Tesla offers no way to monitor their wall connector (charger) when charging non-Teslas. This app does, and it works well! The only minor glitch is not seeing my charger on my network, so I manually entered its IP address even though it’s preprogrammed name on the network is TeslaWallConnector_XXXXX.Show lessTom in LQ

A better fit for the data and charts, that is all info fitting on one page and more charts on one page, would be nice. Perhaps adjustable zoom to do that.syzxysxztt
