glitch ate my rewards
i was having sooo much fun with the game. it offered plenty of rewards to keep playing. until i got a VIP order for items that took forever to get. i was saving them to get more spaces on the board. the VIP reward was 80 gems and 150 lightning bolts, so i was willing to give them up. i pressed ‘go’ to send the items, and the game glitched. i play travel town, and when that game glitches i just need to exit out completely and come back in, then the rewards are there. NOT with this game. a glitch means you lose everything, my items AND my rewards. i’m actually really sad and may not play this game for a while, or even at all. if enough time passes i’ll definitely just delete. so unfortunate.Show lesssadgirl1000

I have hit a wall on the game. A message at the top of the screen that states “Complete area tasks to get more orders.” There are no more tasks to complete, so I am stuck. If I can get assistance with this issue, I will update my rating.JTH03**
Love this game
The game gets very overwhelming extremely quick and causes a lot of anxiety trying to get so many orders at once. But all of a sudden the game no longer loads. It gets to 60% and quits then I get a box with a picture of Rachel with a blank green rectangle and it goes no farther. If you hit the blank box then the app closes completely off. Don’t want to delete the game but it doesn’t seem like there is another choice.Show lessbull crap 2020
Fun but always recharging
It is a fun game, but the machines can’t be used much before they need to recharge, so it is hard to just sit down and play the game. You always need to wait for the machines to recharge and come back to it. I come back to it less and less now.Darklyde
If the board was better matched
In the beginning, it was a very exciting and beautiful game. I love the graphics. However, as you advance into the game, I have been stuck with the same items for the past four days. Unable to make the straw has made this a very frustrating game and no longer enjoyable to play, I will unfortunately be deleting your game due to these problems. I know that you were aware of these issues as I have read some of your other reviews and the developers do not feel the need to make any changes. I hope that in the future other games like this will be better because your game is just like the ones I used to I was better.
No magician hats. I have task to complete and now I click and click them click and unable to get stupid hat. There should be an option that you can opt out of doing that specific task. The board doesn’t allow you to finish them and they sit there for weeks and weeks on end. Such a shame is a fun game to do in between other games that I play and unfortunately, I will probably have to delete this for a better game.Show lessreviewneeded
