Great game BUT
The game is froze. Sticks at the loading page but isn’t even trying to load. I have a very stable internet connection so it isn’t me

Hanging on Loading Screen
I’ve been playing for a while and enjoying it. Now when I try opening it, the game acts like it’s loading. But then it hangs and freezes. Please fix!

Not opening after latest update
I have been playing this app for quite some time. I did the latest update and it is no longer opening on my iPhone. Any ideas any?

Game error after update
After updating the game to the latest version (version 1.2.9), I cannot get the game to go past the loading step. Quite frustrating!

Unable to open app after latest update
Hi Wixot — after the latest update yesterday I am now unable to to get past the “Loading” page

Can you help me? I do not want to uninstall the game.

Will not load
My game will not load past the home screen since the last update. Very disappointing as I was very far into the game.

New update is a awful.
The game asked me to update to continue to play and once it’s done, I’m not able to open the game anymore. Please fix it.

Frozen.
I was actually enjoying this game, but then it upgraded and has been frozen since. I promise you if it requires me to uninstall and install, I won’t. Not gonna start all over.

Will love to play but can’t wait play
I starting play the game and got to level 2 in the game and I received two level 3 pans to merge. But I did that the game froze and I had to close the app and reopen it to start back play but one of my level 3 pans was missing and now i can’t move to the next level because I do not have a level 5 pan I reach out to support but i haven’t heard and thing back concerning the issue.
