Horrible costly bugs and NO customer service
I have emailed them three times with either a problem or a question and have never received a response. I have paid for many add ons and never received two of them but luckily Apple reimbursed me. I have paid for the current pass and it disappeared about a day ago after I was deep into the pass. Now I’ll be submitting for a third reimbursement. The game gets costly if you choose to pay and the lack of response from the customer service email provided in the app and the continued having to submit for reimbursements is tiring.Show lessKMo75
Love it but continual crashes
It’s a fun game but just recently for the last week all it does is crash over and over and is so slow. It’s not my internet because I have other games that have never crashed. I don’t want to stop playing but it’s getting pretty annoying.Aunt Titi21
Fun, but frustrating
I love this game, but I accidentally sold one of my generators so now I get orders that are impossible to fill. I've emailed support twice but have not gotten a response. There needs to be a way to replace generators that you've already earned. If I cant replace it then I'll be deleting the app and not spending any more money on it. Also, I purchased the vip pass in the current event but the missions will not reset like they're supposed to so I cant earn any of the rewards. Complete waste of money.Show lessPongo P.

Producers take to long to recharge
I really enjoyed playing this game but it seems now I'm spending more time waiting for the producers to recharge than I am actually playing the game. Also, the producers give minimal items. It is also hard to get gems without having to pay for them. I agree with others that the board is too small especially when trying to get three things per order. Otherwise, the graphics and storyline are really good.Show lesscnm0126

Loving the game
I just started the game and it's fun the only thing is I wish it gave you the option to pick out the stuff to decorate the cafe . If You understand what I mean like let us choose from 3 different opinions.kajun❤️angl
Impressive graphics, disappointing gameplay
I was initially blown away by the stunning graphics and captivating storylines. The game had me hooked from the start, and I found myself eagerly progressing through the levels. However, as I continued playing, I became increasingly frustrated with the merging board. With so many orders to complete, it became overwhelming and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy the game. Unfortunately, despite my initial enthusiasm, I eventually had to delete the game due to this issue. It’s a shame, as I truly enjoyed the game’s visuals and narrative. If the developers could find a way to streamline the merging board and make it more manageable, I would definitely consider reinstalling.Show lessIouliaPS
